I had a real poor experience with a female lm manager at the store today. An item in my cart had…read moreno price on it and the extremely professional and kind cashier tried her best to find the item's price online. Unsuccessful, she called a manager for help. The manager neither said hello nor acknowledged my presence in any other way. We spent quite some time trying to find the price. We never did because the item was part of a set although that was not obvious from the display in the store. I found a similar item that worked for me and again it had no price and she finally figured out the price. When all was done I said "sorry" for the inconvenience. She did not even react to this. Horrible customer service. She should not be allowed to interact with customers as she gives the store a really bad reputation. Perhaps she had a bad day.

When I got to the isle there was not one sole available. I looked around and saw the cashier Mike I told him I needed help and he said he would call someone to the isle. About a minute or two later Paul comes over to help me. This is when my experience was amazing. I told him what I showed him the wood I needed. He looked thru them and got me the best pieces. We went over to the cutting g board, I gave him the measurements I needed when he handed it to me I asked if the size was correct, he measured it and it was wrong. He didn't get upset he walked back to the isle and got another nice piece and then cut both to my measurements. All this while he was about to take his break. Paul was very nice, attentive and made my experience a cool one. Great customer service. The price of the wood was reasonably priced...

Maureen the floor sales associate was terrific she listened to my needs and wants and showed my daughter and I exactly the features and styles of what I wanted. The first sales man I talk to when I brought the door to them was great. Talk about the issues. Called to resolve how to best fix them. When the door was finally ready, I went to pick it up. And the was a different salesman at the desk. The original guy I was told was busy with another customer. So I had to deal with Kevin who proceeded to speak to me in a rude tone immediately. Told me my door was not there. Lie. I could see it sitting on a box. He was speaking to me so loud and rude I has to ask him why he was talking to me like this. other employees that were working there witness the exchange going on , and said nothing!! When I checked the door gasket it was not properly finished the two ends were not together part of the gasket was pulled down and gasket material was all flayed out. I ask the rule guy if he thought this was good work ? He starts the yell at me again and says come back in a week! And yelled at me to have a nice day!! I Forgot to get a receipt. When I asked for one Then threw it on the counter at me .Yelling at me again to have a good day.. Sorry so long winded. So I call to speak to the owner. Who called me once and I was working I missed the call I finally called when I could. His first comment was I called you twice... me ok I don't see that on my phone. Anyway he said he spoke to his employees. they said they they heard the both of us yelling ". Me) really !! I'm the customer. I only Came to get my door you've had for 31/2 weeks As for his employee the owners comment was " I don't know what his problem was " Me) oh so that's ok with you! The the owner said that before I came in that day, A family with a special needs child must have touched the gasket and had routined my gasket. Me ) really your blaming a " special needs child " me unbelievable " To conclude that ridicules episode the owner said he would deliver the door to my house and how was I going to pay the $100 repair! Me really you want me to pay for being verbal being harassed at your place of business. ( Him oh ok) same shitty attitude . The own did deliver it. They have a bad rating on yelp . Which he argued about too! My answer is him is that he has clearly been overrated. WTF I only went to get a simple gasket fixed
