I had a real poor experience with a female lm manager at the store today. An item in my cart had no price on it and the extremely professional and kind cashier tried her best to find the item's price online. Unsuccessful, she called a manager for help. The manager neither said hello nor acknowledged my presence in any other way. We spent quite some time trying to find the price. We never did because the item was part of a set although that was not obvious from the display in the store. I found a similar item that worked for me and again it had no price and she finally figured out the price. When all was done I said "sorry" for the inconvenience. She did not even react to this. Horrible customer service. She should not be allowed to interact with customers as she gives the store a really bad reputation. Perhaps she had a bad day. read more

What a great store - so, so much for every part of one's home! Decorations for every season, too. I was shopping for a wall hanging, and they have hundreds of them! After about an hour, I was able to find a purchase what I was looking for. I will definitely return! read more

I was displaced due to a fire a few months ago and we just bought a new home. I was painting for days and decided to go to At home to pick up things for the house. ( I had paint on my jeans but that's life as a new home owner). A woman in a blue pant suit followed me around the whole time pretending to look at wreaths. I decided that this is not where I'd be buying furniture at this point and proceeded to try to find the registers. Can't find them. No signs and the aisles are too tall to see above. I see the blue pant suit women again ( probably mgr she's got no wreaths in her hands this time) and tell her she needs to put signs up where the registers are. I've been working really hard the past week and I'm exhausted my legs are killing me. Finally I find the registers and after paying I'm told there's no bags-not even a box to put my goods in. It's 6 Pm on a Monday. So when I get home I have to cary my decor to the car/house making multiple trips. Whole experience was a wash. Just bought a new bedroom set and living room set online. Wish Christmas tree shop was still around. Management should work on putting signs up and making sure the registers have bags instead of following ppl around that want to spend money there. (Home depot would never). read more

I finally had the opportunity to visit this lovely store. It's a huge warehouse like big box store and has everything you could possibly need for the home. From mirrors to mermaids, cooking gear to cushions, this place has it A l l. I had ordered a mirrored nightstand for my bedroom on line and was surprised to see, not only did they have the same one, but also had about 20 other different styles, sizes, and colors. While I did pay a little less in line, you never know exactly what condition it will be when it arrives to your doorstep. Happily mine was OK. But this is the kind of place that if you want it right away and can take it home in your car or truck, you might want to try this place out. Overall a really cool store and their selection is awesome. Prices could be a little more competitive but again, you'll definitely find what you're looking for here! read more

I would he wants before and I wasn't really impressed. It's all a bunch of trendy stuff that I don't really value. Course it's a matter of taste but I would rather have some thing that has more intrinsic value and not just a throwaway decorative item. Apparently they had a good year for Christmas because the Christmas inflatable and outdoor decoration I'll including the Christmas trees were just about sold out. They did have a variety of Christmas decorations left which was nice and I bought a cloth bag for the toys in my grand children's toy from. So I got a couple of things that I needed and wanted but I probably won't go back again. read more

This store has a lot of interesting items. I found a really cool end table that looked like records. Also some great storage bins. I would have given it a higher rating, but the store was on fire and it took a very long time for anyone to find me to let me know it was evacuated. read more

Well, after reading the other unjust reviews I will admit. My gym is NOT located right next door lol. I thoroughly enjoy everything that At Home has to offer. You can decorate an entire room with each department here. Yes, some items are more expensive than you might find elsewhere but guess what, that's your responsibility to look... Also, they do have a ton of Christmas stuff, but they also have a gigantic store with lots of space to fill... read more

If you need to decorate your home with something specific, you could probably find it here. Some items are too expensive and some are reasonable. I went today to scope out the clearance. It's January 3rd...most stores are up to 75-90% off for Xmas...not this store. It is still at 50%. This store also had THE WORST concept for clearance items. At the end of each isle there's a sign saying "Clearance with red line 50% off." You have to pick through each item to find clearance items. I specifically was looking for wall decor. The wall stuff is jam packed so much that it was impossible to sort through it...not to mention anything I did find that I liked was damaged because of the way it is all displayed. Hobby Lobby is down the street and will often have sales/clearance that are more organized than this. read more

If you love home decor, this place is a must. They have so much stuff. It's a huge warehouse size establishment with a vast selection of decor pieces, pillows, furniture, rugs, outdoor furniture, mirrors, wall hanging, art work, etc. However, I found a lot of the stuff kind of cheap looking, particularly the wall art and some of the rugs. I did score an amazing deal on a welcome mat for a mere $6 as well as some nice placemats. We also picked up some nice serving trays that were very reasonably priced. There were not many staff on the floor when we visited, so you're kind of on your own when it comes to finding stuff. If you have time, though, it's fun to just wander here. There were no lines at the checkout which was nice. My only complaint other than the quality of some of the merchandise was that they had a hand sanitizer machine and Purell wipes at the front of the store, but there was no hand sanitizer and the wipe dispenser was empty. My husband and I drove an hour away from our home to check out this store. We were so excited but unfortunately that did not last long. The store is set up in a way that is disorganized. In addition to that, the store was an absolute mess. There were aisles I couldn't even walk down or shop because they were so messy, particularly the basket and patio curtain aisles. What a disappointment considering we needed to get a sitter for our two children to come. Unless a manager reached out to me to make this right, I would not shop here again. Which is a shame because we are redecorating our home. We also did not see one employee in the 45 minutes we were there. So disappointed. read more

I really love the merchandise in this store! There are so many unique items, from cleaning needs to hanging decor! Unfortunately, I am leaving without the item I came for because finding an employee to ask if they carry them was close to impossible! Don't get me wrong, I love walking the aisles looking at the whimsIcal pillows and useful storage items. However, the store is large and after thirty minutes of browsing and looking for help with avail I had to throw the towel in, which was actually not a towel but a linen potpourri and a cool door decoration! This store needs some improvement. My husband went to exchange a tree skirt that he purchased two days earlier on sale for 30% off plus he had a 20% off coupon. The new one he wanted to get was also 30% off, but he said there weren't any signs stating that. When he went to the cashier, she was so bad processing the exchange that he wound up paying more than what the new skirt was on sale for, which came up at the sale price (30% off) when she scanned it, but she overrode the price & put in a higher price (20% off the regular price). He was so aggravated he just wanted to leave. I contacted corp. customer service by email to get the situation rectified, but I'm sure it won't get resolved. This isn't the first bad experience w/this or the Seekonk store. Definitely don't want to go back there. read more

It's August 25 and there is more Christmas in the store then there is Halloween plus Christmas music playing. It's disgusting how I come looking for fall and Halloween and there are more rows with Christmas in it. Plus the store was freezing. The ac was so high the signs in the store were shaking vigorously. read more
