Huge mega Home Decor store. It's in the old Sam's building, so imagine how big that is. Lots of choices, lots of colors and patterns. You can get stuff for the garden, house, kitchen, bathroom, etc. The prices are reasonable and competitive. Plenty of parking. read more

Went today for the first time with my daughter who is a current employee of the store. We got $373.70 in merchandise and my daughter provided a 15% discount code that her store credit card gave her and also ask for her employee discount. The total was $320.47... she never apply the employee discount. If only one discount were supposed to be used why she didn't let us know?? It wouldn't be a problem at all but I would rather choose the employee discount instead of the credit card discount. read more

Since my last visit they have tidied the store up a bit so I increased one star. The displays were organized and shelves well stocked. I still think the we are low quality products at too high a cost. No throw pillow in there should be more than 10 dollars. I'd rather get ones from home goods from the price they want. A giant home decor warehouse? I was eagerly awaiting the opening of this place and walked away feeling a bit meh. First off it is huge. They haven't even been open a week and there are still a lot of empty aisles and spaces. I'll have to go back once they have been opened a while and update. Anything at all you need for your house they have. Really, pretty much anything and they have many options of it as well. I think it will be great to go here for difficult to find items. As an example, a few years back I was having difficulty finding lampshades for my living room. They have two giant aisles here. It also felt like they had 300 aisles of pillows while I was walking through. I have never seen so many mirrors in one place in my life. Having said that, I've seen more interesting items for better prices at Home Goods and I think I am still going to be a Home Goods regular. Prices ranged from reasonable to are you kidding me. If they offer a lot of coupons, I may visit more often. I did sign up for email coupons when I checked out at they sent me one for 10% off. read more

I used to LOVE this place...until i've had to deal with the employees and their lack luster care for customers. I recently bought one pair of curtains there to try them out in my bedroom. My husband and I really liked them so I needed to go back to buy 3 more. When I went the first time, they were going through inventory and the curtains were not out on the floor. I asked an employee if there were any in the back. He said "Yeah but because of inventory we can't get them. I can't go in the back cause it'll be in a box somewhere. Come back next week." I was a bit perplexed - so you refuse to sell me curtains because of inventory? I've done inventory with stores before and I've never heard of this. Such a wasted trip. So I call the store a week and a half later to ask - the employee goes to the curtain dept to look for them. I try to give her the UPC# but she doesn't want it, she's looking via the description. She says "They're probably in the back and I'm not going back there. It's in a box somewhere. They're unloading a truck now so it'll be out soon." I ask why it says there are 5 in stock online? She says "Well it's probably 5 cause there's 5 in the truck coming to the store right now." Even though it has said there's 5 in stock for the past 2 weeks. So my question would be - how unorganized is it in the backroom that no employee wants to go back there to check merchandise?? Is it just me or is that crazy? read more

I was expecting this place to be on the same level and pricing as Home Goods but it was not. It is huge/ There is a lot to see. It reminds me of Hobby Lobby but more expensive. I saw a table and some other things I liked- But, I wasn't going to drop 300 plus dollars on them. With Hobby Lobby, HomeGoods, TJ Maxx and even Walmart on the same strip- I can't imagine anyone choosing this place over the others. Nothing here wowed me. At Home is a place where waiting in line is an athletic event because of the interminable waits, slow-as-molasses cashiers and uncaring staff. It is not unusual to see a dozen customers in line as one cashier rings up sales. And during the holiday season, remember to bring Tolstoy's War and Peace with you because you'll be waiting, and waiting, and waiting, all while passionless cashiers ask each and every customer whether they want to sign up for their dumb program -- a task they should jettison when lines are longer than at a Trump rally. Oh, but they must sign up a customer whether the lines are long or short! The problem is poor management, as managers are as rare a sight as a live jackalope in Montana. Try finding anyone to help look for things, something I stopped doing the first time around. I go there only because they have some good stuff, if you can get past the poor customer service and cranky staff. My recommendation to At Home: Have your managers go into any Target store and watch how they manage long lines at the registers. read more

Its amazing that I can't find anything I like in a store this size! Someone must appreciate it though, because they stay in business. They do rival Home Goods for tackiness. Me and my wife usually spend a lot of money at this store as my wife has a home decor YouTube channel with over 600,000 views. We recently bought a home and receive lots of great home decor items. One was a mirror that we went to this store to return. The cashier was so rude and was speaking to us as if we were trying to scam the place. She said we should have brought a gift receipt. Well not everyone gives a gift receipt. They called a manager over and the cashier says "They claim they got this as a gift"....like I am sorry your pissed off at life, but that was the story and we felt extremely embarrassed as other customers were around listening. Then they say they can only give us half the price because it was on sale and we didn't have a receipt. These people have no idea about customer service....stick to home goods, homesense, and hobby lobby. These people suck. read more

Saw this place and wanted to see what it is all about. Evidently the chain is out of Texas and has been around a while but has had its ups and downs. It was not what I expected. Basically what this place is amounts to just an absolute mess of home decor. When I say mess, the place is basically trashed, aisles in disarray, stuff everywhere. Sure its a gigantic store but there is a ton of just mismatched mostly cheap looking, bad home decor piled on top of each other. One side of store is outside furniture and holiday piles and the other side is mattresses, mirrors and chairs and tables. I equate this to pretty much where to go to decorate your dorm room or your first apartment. This is not the place to go if you actually have money to spend and want a quality piece of furniture or decorative item, well maybe for this area but still. Plus it is so cram packed with stuff, you have to sift through piles to even look at anything. Staff of course no where to be found and prices actually were outrageous for the cheap looking stuff in this place. Skip this dump and go visit your local Homegoods or Homesense store, at least you know what you are going to get when you go to those places. read more

Underwhelmed. Its kinda a cross between Bed Bath and Beyond and Home Goods. Prices were decent but nothing really "wowed" me. Customer service was good and lines short so that's a plus. I'll probably come back to buy some bar stools and picture frames. read more

But the night manager Myles and and the cashier ( I did not get her name) we're extremely friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that I enjoy the experience. I'm really surprised at the negative comments. As someone who frequents Homegoods, Tjmaxx, Marshalls often, i'm really glad to have At Home in Seekonk. There are times when you are looking for that special particular item and you just can't find it at the above mentioned stores. I was so impressed with the selection! Aisles of wall decor and mirrors, pillows galore, and chairs/barstools for days! Keep in mind this was previously the old Sam's Club so this store is massive. Not every aisle was filled with decor. One in particular, was clearly labeled "seasonal" and appeared that they were getting Christmas decor in already. I was looking for a specific type of bin and basket for my baby's nursery and found exactly what I was looking for! I will definitely be returning and adding At Home into my home decor store rotation! read more

Okay, I love to shop and wanted so much to love this place because I constantly decorate my home. This place was overpriced and a mess. It felt like a warehouse and have no quality products at reasonable prices. I'm cheap but like expensive things at a good price. The place was just an overpriced Hobby Lobby and will not compete with Home Goods or the new HomeSense stores going up all over. I did go when the store was new and maybe they will stock the shelves better, with more reasonably priced items, but I doubt it. I don't foresee this place staying open long, unless there are many people who don't have the knowledge of competitors prices and products. read more

What makes me give it 5 stars is the affordability and insane selection. I was excited to finally go to At Home being that I love Home Goods. But sadly I was totally disappointed & disgusted. The store itself is ok. Plenty of parking being that there weren't many customers. The items seem overpriced for the quality. Too much of the same items. Which I never thought could be possible. The women's restroom was disgusting!!! To which an employee stated that they are cleaned at the end of the day as if that was an excuse. That's ridiculous! So they can sell their overpriced items but can't afford to have someone clean the bathrooms multiple times a day?!?! Needless to say this was my 1st & last visit to a "At Home" store. Very poor quality products, no thought of long term put into the design of the things in this store. I purchased a $299 fold down couch less than a year ago, first the seats came out of the package lumpy under neath so when u sit it feels like ur sitting on a tv controller it's a side couch in my bedroom so it doesn't get that many people and the leather is already sagging like I said about 9 months after purchase. I'm really surprised to read all of the not so stellar reviews about At Home. I honestly didn't know what to expect but I stopped in here on a whim with a friend and upon entering the door, I was immediately overwhelmed but in the best way possible. At Home is literally a warehouse sized store with everything you could ever imagine for your home. There are isles upon isles of throw pillows that are in order by color, everything and anything kitchen related, bedroom related, home decor related, isles and isles of mirrors and paintings... if you're looking for it, At Home probably has it. I did think that some of the prices were a bit high, but for the most part, I wasn't suffering any sort of sticker shock over any item that I looked it. The store was clean and organized but again, very overwhelming because there is just SO MUCH. The only downside is that I didn't notice very many employees wandering about, so if I had a question, it went unanswered. Overall, I was impressed and will for sure be going back to At Home for my future home goods needs. read more

Loved going to the store and loved the options, but the customer service at this store is horrendous. I spoke to someone who didn't know what he was talking about and had to check in with someone for every question I had. Then I was hung up on and got rudely connected to someone else who had no idea what she was talking about. These two employees were working the customer service line and had no idea how to assist me about a simple question, questioned my thinking, and the girl was absolutely rude and a sad excuse for a customer service rep. It's a shame because I've only been there once and would hate to have to deal with these people again for a larger purchase or something different. I would suggest hiring people that know what they're talking about and people who aren't rude. read more

This store is down the street from a HomeGoods, Wal-Mart, Hobby Lobby, TJMaxx, Target, Lowes, Pier 1 and a Home Depot. The quality of most of the items sold at this store are inferior to similar products sold at the nearby competing stores. In instances where quality is equal, you can find the same thing at Wal-Mart for about 15% less. I'm not sure what this store offers that makes it unique enough to be able to compete with the previously mentioned stores. If this location closes before too long, I won't be surprised. read more
