I went to the store. They have started working with a new warranty company. They told me to try and see what happens if they could help. I reached out, they had my info in there system... according to them they denied my claim !! And it says they fix tears. What is the sense of having and/or buying a warranty if it's going to get denied. My warranty is up this September. I'm so done with this.This is the first time I had to put in a claim. This is ridiculous. People don't waste your money on the warranty/goof proof because it seems anyway they can get out of fixing they will!!!

One guy laughed at me and said I'd never get the items in my car (after they refused to deliver it), and told us that anything we left would get thrown away. We got everything in, and he seemed very disappointed. Once we got the table home, we had to assemble it - all the hardware (bolts, etc) broke, didn't fit, or was rusted in the bag. I had to buy all new hardware at Home Depot because "I couldn't prove it came that way", and they wanted over $150 to replace the faulty hardware and the table leg it almost ruined. Redid the bolt housing in the leg myself, and you bet the table is much more sturdy than it would have been! This store actually later tracked down my employer and tried to get me fired over my review. Completely inappropriate and I would never do business with them again.

They took a week to fix it so from start to finish it took around three months to have it all worked out. I think you get what you pay for and I have learned my lesson for next time. They could have at least been a little more knowledgeable and responsible so I wouldn't have had to chase down everyone in the company to have this fixed.

He asked what we were looking for to point us in the right direction and let us know where to find prices. He also explained some pieces are available in other colors and where we could find that information. Then he left us to wander the floor. Some items on display are the item you get. The tag will specify 'floor model' if this is the case. It's quite a large space. Most pieces are set up as you would find them in your home with side tables, lamps, wall decor and so on. Everything is for sale of course, not just for show. They also have bedroom, dining room and other miscellaneous furniture pieces as well as mattresses. If you are thinking of purchasing a floor model, be sure to look it over carefully as what you see is what you get. This goes for decorative pieces too. Sadly our hunt for a small profile, comfy seat, with arms, and possibly the occassional nap, continues. We'll drop in another time to see what's on offer.

Purchased a mattress and scheduled my delivery online. When I received my delivery time it was not…read morevery convenient so I tried to reschedule and was told that I couldn't that the truck was loaded and to refuse the delivery and reschedule. I did that the following day when I spoke with the driver after explaining why and he said to contact the local store and reschedule. I called the local store about an hour after the attempted delivery and was told they couldn't help me because the order was locked to call back in the morning. I called back this morning and they attempted to reschedule the delivery but when they tried to reschedule it for this Sunday the computer wouldn't allow them to and offered a date that was a week later as there was a "stock issue with the mattress I had paid for ". Long story short, someone sold my mattress that was paid for to someone else and if I wanted the mattress I would have to wait. I ended up canceling the mattress order and reported Mattress Firm to the BBB.
