(I was 7.5-8mo pregnant at the start of the work, so I was concerned about timing) The quality of the work seems to be high, no issues so far. Their crew was pleasant to have in our home. (Respectful of napping toddler, pets, friendly, clean! etc.) Scotty, our project manager was great. Other reviews comment on them being overpriced, but unfortunately any quality home re-model will be expensive these days. If you want quality work, excellent communication, and ease of mind, hire Build Pros. We originally wanted to have our microwave vented out (rather than circulating air and grease in the kitchen) and add a second banister to the stairs to the basement to make them more safe for our growing toddler. We were also considering having our spare basement bathroom remodeled. The bathroom really wasn't very functional because it was built in pieces (so the gross tiny stall shower wasn't even in the bathroom). That was a big job, and we wanted to get a quote for all three pieces. The first two jobs were too small on their own, so we hired Build Pros for all three. They were amazing to work with, and the work they did was the highest of quality. The team was extremely communicative, and we always knew when they were coming, what they were doing next, and what to expect. Their spreadsheet system made it really easy for everyone to keep track of what we had selected, costs, etc. They helped us a ton with design decisions, made recommendations when appropriate, and made sure we were happy with absolutely everything before moving forward. Our house stayed unbelievably clean, given the level of work they were doing, throughout the process. Mike and Rouben were fantastic at reimagining the layout of our bathroom, taking all of our priorities into consideration. John, their carpenter, is a master. We went way over budget, but a lot of that was my fault. I wanted a bathroom that was functional, but the more we talked and designed, the more I realized we actually could get a really *nice* bathroom that wasn't just functional, but high end. They did a bunch of other random things in the area too. We just were so happy with their work, and they were already there, so we asked them to fit in a few small things and they were awesome in getting those done too (adding a couple outlets in the adjacent home gym, replacing our outdoor water spigots, etc.). We are extremely happy with the final products. We even had a water problem shortly after they finished. They fixed it swiftly with no charge. It might have been a part issue or a labor issue, and so in the beginning it was unclear whether we were going to have to pay for repairs right away. I would have been very disappointed if they had charged us, and have all the more confidence in them since they fixed it and stood by the work and warranty. The only real negative was that sometimes when we had to make a decision, and the team gave us a quick "off the cuff" estimate about how much a few different options would cost, the estimate was really a fair amount lower than estimated. That contributed to some of our cost increase, but in the end I think we would have made the same decisions regardless. We're extremely happy with the final products. We even hired them again and they're starting work at my mother-in-laws house this week! I'm already dreaming of putting an addition on our house in the future, and we will hire them absolutely if/when we do this.

I like Webb because it has a different setup than most plumbing suppliers. Instead of keeping their merchandise in the back of a warehouse, Webb keeps the commonly sold merchandise on shelves, where you can grab a cart or basket and pick out what you need - kind of like shopping at a supermarket. It's basically self-service, and once you get to know the store's layout, you can get in and out of there very quickly. The way I see it, it's easier and faster to just grab what you want, rather than describe it to a counterman, although all of the service counter employees at Webb are on the ball and know their stuff anyway. The store is very organized. If I don't know where to find a certain item on their vast array of shelves, I just ask someone. Larger items are kept in the warehouse, and most pipe is kept in the yard. In addition to plumbing supplies, they also have an extensive selection of parts and supplies for hot water, steam and forced hot air heating systems, as well as oil burners. While the supply section of the store caters mainly to trade professionals, they have a large plumbing fixture showroom that would be of interest to homeowners. They sell American Standard and Toto toilets, both of which are excellent brands. I always receive excellent service, both in person and over the phone. The supply countermen are very polite and professional, and even have a good sense of humor. Their inside salespeople have helped me track down hard-to-locate repair parts many times. Webb is in a very convenient, central location, just off I-95 in Warwick.

We were satisfied with the pricing so we bought everything that night, and they should be ready for pickup in a week or so. I'm not a particular fan of showrooming as I don't believe that you should use a physical store to determine what you're going to buy online, but we wanted to buy the Toto S350E toilet seat and Amazon had it for $400 cheaper. Bath Splash couldn't match or even come close to the price as they said that Amazon was selling it below their cost. I was honest with them and said that I would buy from Amazon as $400 is a big price difference, and they understood. However, the toilets we bought (Toto Drake II) were $25 cheaper than Amazon, so Bath Splash is competitive with online pricing. And for those of you wondering, this Toto toilet seat is a technological marvel, check it out online!

When I confronted them, they denied everything and gave a weak excuse that Kohler "spot-tests" products. That was a blatant lie--I spoke directly with Kohler, and they confirmed that my toilet did not come from their facility in that condition. This company sells returned and used products as new while making excuses instead of taking responsibility. On top of that, their customer service is dismissive and untrustworthy. If you want actual new products and honest service, go directly to the manufacturer. Avoid this place at all costs!

The patio and retaining wall look great. The project took longer than expected, but those delays were all on our side. We took longer than we should have to make various decisions about light fixtures, etc. We also changed the scope of the project a few times, adding more areas of walkways that we decided needed to be refinished with the stamped concrete. We would recommend KBR for any project that you might have. Karen was great to work with and even when we were not following through with things on our end, she never lost her cool with us and was very patient waiting for us to come to decisions on things.
