We were satisfied with the pricing so we bought everything that night, and they should be ready for pickup in a week or so. I'm not a particular fan of showrooming as I don't believe that you should use a physical store to determine what you're going to buy online, but we wanted to buy the Toto S350E toilet seat and Amazon had it for $400 cheaper. Bath Splash couldn't match or even come close to the price as they said that Amazon was selling it below their cost. I was honest with them and said that I would buy from Amazon as $400 is a big price difference, and they understood. However, the toilets we bought (Toto Drake II) were $25 cheaper than Amazon, so Bath Splash is competitive with online pricing. And for those of you wondering, this Toto toilet seat is a technological marvel, check it out online!

They are the…read moreepitome of professionalism, and the yardstick I compare other plumbing supply companies to (and many fall way short in comparison). I like Webb because it has a different setup than most plumbing suppliers. Instead of keeping their merchandise in the back of a warehouse, Webb keeps the commonly sold merchandise on shelves, where you can grab a cart or basket and pick out what you need - kind of like shopping at a supermarket. It's basically self-service, and once you get to know the store's layout, you can get in and out of there very quickly. The way I see it, it's easier and faster to just grab what you want, rather than describe it to a counterman, although all of the service counter employees at Webb are on the ball and know their stuff anyway. The store is very organized. If I don't know where to find a certain item on their vast array of shelves, I just ask someone. Larger items are kept in the warehouse, and most pipe is kept in the yard. In addition to plumbing supplies, they also have an extensive selection of parts and supplies for hot water, steam and forced hot air heating systems, as well as oil burners. While the supply section of the store caters mainly to trade professionals, they have a large plumbing fixture showroom that would be of interest to homeowners. They sell American Standard and Toto toilets, both of which are excellent brands. I always receive excellent service, both in person and over the phone. The supply countermen are very polite and professional, and even have a good sense of humor. Their inside salespeople have helped me track down hard-to-locate repair parts many times. Webb is in a very convenient, central location, just off I-95 in Warwick.

The patio and retaining wall look great. The project took longer than expected, but those delays were all on our side. We took longer than we should have to make various decisions about light fixtures, etc. We also changed the scope of the project a few times, adding more areas of walkways that we decided needed to be refinished with the stamped concrete. We would recommend KBR for any project that you might have. Karen was great to work with and even when we were not following through with things on our end, she never lost her cool with us and was very patient waiting for us to come to decisions on things. I had a very mixed experience with this company…read more Quincy, the sales representative, was excellent--professional, responsive, and clearly trying to help resolve an issue with my order. Unfortunately, the experience deteriorated when a team lead became involved. The lead was difficult to work with, inconsistent, and ultimately made the situation worse rather than better. Here's what happened: Quincy was initially told there was no way to expedite the order. Shortly after, the lead changed the message and said the order could be expedited if I canceled and repurchased, paying additional shipping. Quincy tried to make things right by offering a 10% rebate for the trouble (about $34), but the approval process dragged on and became unnecessarily argumentative. The lead asked me to prove the website showed delivery before Christmas, which was frustrating--especially because I called immediately after receiving the revised delivery confirmation. When I asked him to simply check the website himself, the conversation continued to escalate instead of getting resolved. The lead also contradicted the earlier statement by again saying expedited delivery was possible through canceling and paying shipping--directly conflicting with what Quincy had been told upfront. After roughly 45 minutes of back-and-forth, it became clear that the company valued policies and deflection over customer experience. During the call, I also noticed the company's online ratings were quite low (roughly 1.9-2.8 range), which aligned with what I was experiencing in real time. In the end, I canceled the order. Quincy did everything he could, but he was clearly constrained by unhelpful leadership. To make matters worse, the lead refused to provide his name or the name of an executive contact for a formal complaint. I cannot recommend purchasing from this company based on the customer service experience. A good product does not make up for poor customer support and inconsistent communication.

I visited this business to…read morepurchase tile for my. new kitchen backsplash. the salesman, Ian Michael, strongly insisted that I purchase a very expensive tile ($61.00 per sheet). I asked a million questions about durability, maintenance, and installation as the tile is a B mosaic of marble and mother of pearl. Ian Michael insisted that this was the perfect choice. I ordered 9 sheets; he ordered 23. I was charged $1,403.00 for tile for a 2x3 backsplas. I hired a very reputable company to install the tile. It looked terrible. The installer returned the next day and it took him 10 hours to reinstall the tile one tiny piece at a time. It still looked terrible as there was a manufacturing error with the tile and it was not intended for this application. When I contacted Rhode Island Tile, I was told that this was MY problem and refused to help me in any way. I would have never purchased this tile if the salesman had not pressured and mislead me. I feel that I was taken advantage of in every way (I am an elderly "person), cheated, and mislead. I strongly urge everyone not to patronize this business!
