    When passing underneath the looming BEST BUY tag sign, I nearly go into fight or flight mode. Does anyone else have vivid visions of the sign breaking loose from the building & crashing down on them? No? Just me? Anyways, I survived. Nice, helpful staff at this Best Buy. Smiles! Jokes! practical advice! I hope they're getting paid splendidly. If they're not getting paid splendidly (shame!), I hope extremely upper management reads this review & gives them all splendid raises for their hard work & friendly demeanor. The stock though? Totally wiped out, probably due to the holiday season. Not a single Kindle case to be found. I would've accepted any color, but there wasn't even a jarring puce green or a horrid magenta or anything left. Nada. My Best Buy mission was a failure. Oh well. Like I said, it's not a life or death situation here (OR IS IT?!) & I survived.

    This is what happens when you order a TV from Best Buy.  No Packing Material!

    I purchased an open box TV online. The description was excellent condition. When it arrived the screen was cracked. It had three pieces of cardboard taped to the TV. It was not even in a box! There was no packing material or protection for the screen during shipping. When I returned it to the Warwick store they just laughed and said this happens all the time with the online orders. I'm glad they think its funny but I don't. You shouldn't either. If you want to by something electronic stay away from this store. It will not be in business much longer.

    Long wait for IPhone upgrade

    Okay so let's start off by their hours. They close at 7 pm now because at 7:05 Covid must kick in. Not their fault, it's the ridiculous crap we're fed. My daughter wanted to upgrade her IPhone and for the latest of course and Best Buy had a better trade in as opposed to going into a Verizon store (by $50). I really don't wanna knock anyone's work knowledge (but I'm seriously doing it now). Judging by the customer service, you'd think we were the first to walk in to switch to the the next model. I'm okay with the long line due to the Covid crap, but when we finally got a rep to help with the simple directions of transferring her phone criteria (very simple) sadly this guy didn't have the simple criteria to establish this. After we stood there trying to figure it out, (without him), it was a simple fix. Best Buy had a good deal for a trade in, but the wait time and lack of knowledge wasn't worth the small savings. The staff was friendly but Can't handle the amount of people who come in to either buy a contract or upgrade. Beautiful store, the customer service for any type of phone needs some help.

    I was greeted by this manager who directed me to a specific area in the front of the store. The product wasn't easy to find. Luckily, it was early in the day and another staff member walked by and assisted, but then, I and another customer waited for 10 mins while 1 cashier and 1 customer service employee struggled with separate systems' issues. When customer-service-guy radioed this manager, she stared at him and let him struggle through the problem. She never moved or helped. The man he was assisting was returning a product he bought 5 mins earlier and the system wouldn't process the return. The picture shows her close proximity to assist either the customer service guy or the cashier (where we were standing). I also asked her if there was another register to check-out, but no. I don't need this type of aggravation first thing in the morning, and this treatment is why customers are frequenting Amazon and/or leaving brick and mortar stores to work for Amazon. Felt bad for the employees who were super friendly.

    Still looking for a stove for my kitchen so I came here. They had very few electric stoves out to see and I'm sure they have more in line but I think it's really important for you to see what you're getting when you're spending money like that. The place is packed and they are so ready for Black Friday. There are boxes and boxes and boxes stacked everywhere. There was a line at the register but they have every cashier station open so they can't do more than that. I'm very busy place and I'll try again if I need something different.
