I dropped off a carpet cleaner to be repaired. I got an email stating that "customer refused…read moreservice". I called and left a message saying that I didn't refuse service. I was told they did a thorough cleaning and service and was not able to repair the machine. Here are some pictures from after their thorough cleaning. I called Vacuum City in Helena and they are fixing it for me. They felt that if Imperial Home Appliances had done a thorough cleaning it would have solved my problem. I now have a $30 credit at Imperial Home Appliances that I will never use.

It has a 5 year warranty. I had my neighbor who can fix anything look at it, and he had it fixed and working great in about 20 minutes. I will never do business with this place again, and. They have made three different delivery attempts - they delivered the wrong color twice, and the door was bent and broken on the third attempt. Despite the issue with the dishwasher, the real issue is the horrid customer service. They say they will call you back in 10 minutes, but then they don't call at all. They just don't care about their customers, and it shows.
