If you are not buying a phone, you may as well shoot yourself in the head. These guys will tell you anything to get you to buy a phone but if you have a problem with it later, they'll race you outta there faster than you can ever think. They're only interested in selling phones, they have no interest in customer service. Zero, none! I broke my phone... The manager said he's been managing that location on Main and 7th for 7 years. He told me to call an 800 number knowing I had a broken phone. I asked to use his landline and he told me I could not use the phone, and I was a freaking customer! I went down the street to Verizon and they were happy to let me use the phone. This manager is a straight up a hole. I would never do business with T-Mobile again, even if they were the last cell provider on the planet. They were so nice when I bought my phone, told me things that were untrue just to get me to do it, anytime I had a problem after that, they raced me outta there quickly. The manager there raced me outta there for the last time. I will never be back. Never, ever, no way in hell. I would never give them another penny. Never! The only reason I gave this place 1 is because I have too horrible customer help 4 people in there and not 1 could help me it was easier to give me a 800 number then help me on 2 different questions get it togather guys very disappointed will not ever be back or recommend this location read more

These guys are great (Aaron and Matt, I think). I left my phone behind on a trip to Bozeman, and they let me know about my options. They had just what I needed, along with knowledge and expertise. I didn't feel like I was treated as a "sales prospect", just a valued customer. The store was clean, quiet and organized without being overwhelmingly magenta. read more
