I just had a great experience at our Livingston Verizon store. The ladies in there were very helpful with getting my phone back up and running. I work out of town and was only home for a few days and desperately needed help getting a new SIM card before I headed back and it was about 20mins before closing time and Angela I believe her name was made up this story about how she would have to order in a new SIM card because they didn't have one and rushed me out the door. Well after another couple weeks with a phone that won't call txt or receive anything I end up back in town and I ask another rep if my SIM card is in and she tells me that they always have SIM cards and every phone is the same, they never order them in. Kind of a long story I know but I have been a loyal customer for over a decade and they pull crap like that? Not only have I never been back, I have dropped Verizon as well. read more

Up until recently I would have given a 5 star rating, unfortunately over the last two weeks that has changed. In September I upgraded to a new phone, the employee who was helping me couldn't, for some reason, print off the shipping label that I needed to return my old phone. She told me to stop by in the next couple of days to pick it up. I picked it up about a week later and she had it nicely taped to a box with packaging inside and everything. I went right to the fed ex store and mailed it. In December I noticed that I was charged an extra $380 on my cell phone bill. I called Verizon, they don't have a record of receiving the phone. I contacted the store manager where I did my upgrade. Apparently there is no record of the shipping label that I was given, so we can't track the phone to see where it is at. As unfortunate as that is, i am not a fault, it is the stores responsibility, their employee didn't record the necessary information into my account. They seemed helpful at fist but I have been trying to get some resolution for over 2 weeks now and the store manager has not even returned one of my phone calls. read more

I called the Cellular Plus store in Livingston, MT this morning re upgrading my iPhone and purchasing a new cell phone/service for my husband. A young lady named Cassidy answered my call and I have never been treated so rudely. She was very rude, abrupt, and made it very obvious my questions were absolutely of no importance to her. After less than a full minute, in the middle of my asking a question, she interrupted with "hold please" and put me on hold before I could even respond. She never returned to the line and after 6 minutes I hung up. If Verizon wasn't the only provider with decen coverage in this part of the country I would absolutely be talking to AT&T, Sprint, or any provider besides Verizon. This lady definitely needs some customer service training. Don't bother contacting. read more
