They're only interested in selling phones, they have no interest in customer service. Zero, none! I broke my phone... The manager said he's been managing that location on Main and 7th for 7 years. He told me to call an 800 number knowing I had a broken phone. I asked to use his landline and he told me I could not use the phone, and I was a freaking customer! I went down the street to Verizon and they were happy to let me use the phone. This manager is a straight up a hole. I would never do business with T-Mobile again, even if they were the last cell provider on the planet. They were so nice when I bought my phone, told me things that were untrue just to get me to do it, anytime I had a problem after that, they raced me outta there quickly. The manager there raced me outta there for the last time. I will never be back. Never, ever, no way in hell. I would never give them another penny. Never!
