We have dealt with all of the staff members here your many years (most even in their "former roles" consulting on and installing and maintaining high end home theater and sound systems, etc. for another company.) We have purchased a lot from them for our entire house and have the highest level of trust for all of them. They are great, in all respects. Very friendly, knowledgeable, responsive and helpful. Man these guys are f-a-n-t-a-s-t-i-c! I found Audio Artisans while searching the Internet for a multi-zone audio system for my home. The Denon website listed Audio Artisans as the a local dealer. Having searched for months for a cost-effective way to connect my built-in speakers in my new home to an audio source that I could control via my smartphone or iPad; I stopped by their store half-expecting to be disappointed again. Eric Laaksonen greeted me, showed me around their store (loaded a movie for my kids in their impressive home theater room) and then listened carefully to what I wanted. Based on my expressed system needs and functionality, he then demonstrated the Denon HEOS system for me. It was EXACTLY what I wanted. Countless times before, I had been told that a system that I could connect to my existing speakers and control via a handheld device would be terribly complicated and very expensive. The HEOS was neither. Depending on the equipment I wanted, Eric showed me how I had several options to choose from. I took part of the system home and installed it myself. Literally 15 minutes after getting the unit out of the box, I was streaming SPOTIFY in my living room! The other unit I had to order but it arrived in 5 days. When I got the 2nd unit home and tried to connect to my home internet via Ethernet connection, I discovered my builder didn't hook up my Ethernet plugs to my central hub. Frustrated, I texted Eric at 9:30 pm on a Friday night asking what I should do. The next day (Saturday) Eric was at my house connecting my home internet wires so I could fill my home with music. An hour later, my HEOS was working like a charm with the ability to play music in 5 different room with independent volume controls in each room and the ability to play different music streams or inputs in each room! Plus my home internet has a much better set-up than when the installer hooked that up for me. Audio Artisans is a fantastic resource, with people who love what they do, who make customer satisfaction their main goal. They exceeded my expectations by 1000% and I now have the coolest sound system in my house thanks to them! read more

Built a new house in Bozeman this year. Wanted to do a MAJOR upgrade on A/V and networking systems. Builder recommended Audio Artisans. These guys are great...even beyond great. At Eric's recommendation went with a 77 inch Sony OLED, Marantz SR 6014 A/V receiver, Totem Dolby Atmos system, Savant controller and a Euro meshed network. My last system was about 10 years old. Wow....How nice to join the modern era. Cannot say enough great things about the level of attention, detail and perfection that the Audio Artisans team delivered through this whole process. These guys are the best I have every worked with. With all the builders and contractors coming into our house during this build....plumbers, electricians, framers, cabinets,.... Audio Artisans was by far at the top as the most enjoyable to work with and when completed we could not find one thing that wasn't done to perfection. KC and the entire crew at Audio Artisans are amazing. We had them put a multiple room Heos sound system and theater room in our new house. Out of any subcontractor on the entire project these guys were the most reliable. They were always on schedule even when the house itself was constantly running behind schedule. On top of that the sound in both the theater and multi room system is top notch. If you're looking for knowledgeable helpful people i would recommend you get in touch with them.
