This store is killing me. I bought my iPhone here when I should have gone to the actual Verizon store instead. I bought a plan for a screen protector and called to find out the "child" that sold it to me only charged me for the screen and not the plan. I called in advance and the Manager promised to upgrade me to the plan. However, after driving all the way to the store, now they cant figure out how to do it. I have been standing here for an hour with a powerless employee (manager nowhere in sight). Can't take it anymore. Taking my business elsewhere. Do not go to this poorly managed location unless you want bad service at premium prices. Blech. Update: I went to the Verizon @authorized dealer on 7th and stead if paying the $80 this store wanted to charge me for "the plan", I bought a plan for $40 that includes 5 free replacements. I also received a VM from this store manager making excuses and not taking responsibility for his poor performance. I will NOT EVER be going back. EVER. My advice? Go to the ACTUAL Verizon store by Rosauers. If you are in a hurry go to the 7th ave store. read more

I went in to this location with my mom to ask about upgrading our phones. The employees were very nice and really took the time to explain everything to us, which we really appreciated because phone plans are confusing. I ordered my new phone and and when I came in to pick it up the store was very busy, since the new iPhone 11 had just come out, but everyone was still very nice and accommodating. The manager went above and beyond making sure I had everything I needed and the best possible deal. I will definitely be coming back to this location for any other phone needs I have! read more

If I could give this Verizon location a negative five I would! I will never go into this store again as long as Nolan and Matt work there and Matt is supposed to be the manager! Not only are they smug and incompetent but they have absolutely no work ethic! Verizon should probably hire people that have some sort of job ethics and people skills instead of some kids barely out of high school and the only people skills they have are playing video games. After having a interaction with Nolan one day and him not being able to help resolve my issue he suggested I call Verizon, I left the store and called them. After being told I would have between 8-10 minute wait for a representative I ended up waiting 40 minutes. Then after explaining my issue I was hung up on! The next day I was sent a survey about my experience, I of course told them what had happened. That same day the district manager called me and wanted to know what happened. After telling him everything he apologized and said that he would set up an appointment with Matt the manager at the Verizon store on 11th avenue for the next day at 3:00 pm. I was going to purchase a new I phone and he was going to help me set it up.I was excited and looking forward to having a new phone. The next day I arrived a little early, 2:50 pm and when I entered the store Nolan was again working. He asked me if he could help me and I said no that I was there to meet Matt and that we had an appointment scheduled for three pm. He said well Matt is on "break".I said ok, I would wait for him. 3:10, 3:20, still no Matt. Finally here came Matt in the front door, he'd just driven up. He came up to me and said what can I help you with? I said well we had an appointment scheduled at three, it's now almost three thirty and he just stood there and looked at me- no apologies for being late- nothing! I said did you know we had an appointment? He said no. I didn't believe him. He again ( almost snotty ) said what can I help you with? By now I'm really mad and I said, nothing, I was going to buy a new phone but I don't want you to help me with anything! I said I was just going to call back his district manager and let him know what had happened, I started to leave the store and one of them yelled at me ( I'm not sure which one ) " sorry we couldn't help you". I left,and called the district manager and told him everything that had happened, he was appalled and said they would both be written up. I am now just going to go into the other location and get someone who is knowledgeable and has some work ethic. I will never set foot in the 11th Avenue store again and suggest if you want inferior service and attitude then this is the place to go. Save yourself some headache and go to the professionals, it may take longer there because they are busier but it's worth it to have good service! read more

I've been to this location many times in the past with great service, however today It wasn't so great. I simply went in to get a phone case, when I asked if it could be billed to my account the two employees told me they could not do that. I asked again considering I've been in there before and charged a phone case to my account in the past. They said no, he even called the manager who wasn't there at the time and she told him no and they cannot do that "it must have been a different location or they messed up because we're not allowed" I went to the corporate location a few minutes away from this one and they easily sent me home with a phone case and billed it to my account no questions asked. read more

I just went in to Bullfrog to buy my first ever smart phone (I know, I know) and was extremely pleased by the service I received from both Kaitlin and Max. I've been into the store a total of three times, once a year ago to join a family plan, then twice this week to purchase and then exchange my new smart phone., Reasons to shop at Bullfrog: 1) ZERO wait 2) Helpful, non-pushy but informed salespeople 3) THEY'RE LOCAL!! For once. 4) 14-day guarantee on new phones. 5) They're open a lot- very nice hours that are good for the working person-and Kaitlin and Max both stayed after closing to make sure that I had been well taken care of! 6) Unlike every other wireless store I experienced before Bullfrog, I feel like these guys are actually trustworthy and into doing business the old-fashioned way- they are into keeping customers for the long-term for sure.
