-45min wait -Over and hour with the agent. -Kept telling agent to turn cell off when not in use (battery port was not working therefore not charging). He kept playing with my cell. -Was told a replacement cell would be sent OVERNIGHT; took almost 4 days to arrive. -When agent on the phone asked what cell I'd like as a replacement, he chose for me without telling me about the cell phones (differences, pros, cons, nothing) he just chose for me. -He told me it was bigger than the one I had and stopped working just 8 months after I bought it there. -FINALLY got the cell and it's SLOW as hell. I HATE it. -Way SMALLER than the one I had. I'm so freaking done with shitty Verizon, expensive AF, crappy cells & horrible customer service. read more

Ordered a phone before Christmas and was never contacted to pick it up. Called and was told it was in store. Was traveling and finally able to come in and get it. Waited for more than 40 minutes until one of the salespeople were finished. We sat a few minutes longer and when I commented that I guess she was busy, she said, "do you need anything"? I jokingly said, since it was after 5, no, that we were just there for cocktails. The employee stormed away and went into the back. Another employee, who was busy servicing another customer, said, "Ill take care of you guys" knowing we were just there to pick up a phone. He walked back and asked the angry employee if she could help with the phone and her loud response was, "fuck no". Caroline-you completely lacked professionalism and customer service. They are doing nothing to prevent the spread of COVID 19. I regret coming into this store and probably should have left when no one had masks and there was no way to be 6 feet from the employees. They had signs up saying stay 6 ft apart but none of the employees were doing this. I felt that they do not care about their customers. read more

Staff was low. No acknowledgement. Wait was interminable. Even in the middle of the day. Verizon must be saving lots on customer service. No obvious queuing. No place to wait near entrance. Clients entered and left. Wait was interminable. We had to use the store to return an unordered item. read more

Michael is fantastic! I initially went in just to ask a pretty simple question about my account. He was super friendly and personable to deal with. I inquired about a phone upgrade as I had debating one for the past few weeks and wound up setting up a time with him to return in a few days when I had the time to sit down and do the set up with him. Today was upgrade day and Michael made it easy and painless. Very knowledgeable and very sincere. It's more like hanging out with a friend who knows about phones than dealing with someone in sales, which I loved because I hate shopping for just about anything and will generally avoid it whenever possible. I live closer to a different Verizon location but this is the one I will keep coming back to whenever I need something. And whenever possible I will definitely seek out Michael to help me. read more

I can't say that I love phone companies...but I am definitely impressed with the service I had at this Verizon location. I was helped by Andrew and that man deserves a promotion or at least a raise. Not only does he listen, but he HEARS you. He is literally there to help. Also, I have a toddler and he was running around like a mad man and EVERYONE in the store was so sweet and accommodating. DON'T GET SCAMED!! My wife and were told that our phones were out of date and would no longer work after the first of the year. We were both convinced to purchase new phones. THIS IS A LIE! Verizon has confirmed this. Verizon also contacted the store manager on our behalf and he lied to them as well and refused to help. This SCAM is from the top down. Don't trust any of the sales staff!! This is not a Verizon company store so they can't even help you when you get taken advantage of. read more

These guys are terrible. We added a new line to my account and the rep made two promises for promotions that he said we qualified for, both of which had expired and were no longer in effect. We found out about these errors only When we completed the paperwork for everything. There was no effort to try to make it right; just an "I'm sorry, there's nothing we can do." It seems to me the reps should have a much better handle on what promotions are available and when. Not sure the manager even knows what he's doing at all. The reps certainly don't. I won't be doing business there again, that's for sure. read more

Went in to activate 2 phones, that I brought in myself. According to online, if I brought in my own phones, there was no charge for the SIM cards. I was turned down for both and charged a total $20 for them. I was also denied my 18% company discount (that I receive through my employer of SkyWest). Sue Gallmeyer was the associate that "helped" me. She was unknowledgeable about the software and programs she was "running", the plans that were offered, and was very rude. Upon asking for a 2-years plan/contract I was informed I would need a $400 deposit and Gallmeyer became very rude and was judging based on my credit score and appearance (I some straight from work at the airport). She was also very slow with "helping" me. Over all very very dissatisfied with the service I received today and I am going to call the corporate/customer service to complain. read more

I had gone into Verizon over my lunch break and they were super busy so I did have to wait for a bit. I really appreciated the fact that I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. Cellular Plus is a waste of time. They make you buy items that you do not need nor want and when you try and return them they play games with you until you can no longer return the item because it's been more than 30 days. I got the ring around from these people after I bought a phone case. The first case that came was the wrong color because the associate ordered the wrong one. The second one didn't work on my phone. I went to return just a few days after receiving it and they said I needed a manager and would need to come back. I came back a few days letter and the manager sad she couldn't return it with out the regional manager. But they don't know his schedule so I would have to keep trying. I finally got the regional managers email and it took him a week to reply. His response was that he needed time to try and figure out what he could for me. After another few weeks I emailed him again because I had not heard a reply. Still no response. About a week later the store manager emailed me telling me that I was passed the 30 day return policy and even if they could return the product they wouldn't be able to. These people make me so angry. Every time I try and deal with them they treat you like you are stupid and pressure you. read more

I don't expect the best service from cell companies, but I was surprised at how bad the service was here. I could have set up my cell phone in about 1/4 of the time they took to do it, and they still charged me for it. And then they tried to make me sign a contract for a service I hadn't even purchased. It took me 15 minutes of arguing before a manager stepped in. I only wish he had stepped in an hour earlier instead of surfing the net in the corner.
