They're only interested in selling phones, they have no interest in customer service. Zero, none! I broke my phone... The manager said he's been managing that location on Main and 7th for 7 years. He told me to call an 800 number knowing I had a broken phone. I asked to use his landline and he told me I could not use the phone, and I was a freaking customer! I went down the street to Verizon and they were happy to let me use the phone. This manager is a straight up a hole. I would never do business with T-Mobile again, even if they were the last cell provider on the planet. They were so nice when I bought my phone, told me things that were untrue just to get me to do it, anytime I had a problem after that, they raced me outta there quickly. The manager there raced me outta there for the last time. I will never be back. Never, ever, no way in hell. I would never give them another penny. Never! Today was upgrade day and Michael made it easy and painless. Very knowledgeable and very sincere. It's more like hanging out with a friend who knows about phones than dealing with someone in sales, which I loved because I hate shopping for just about anything and will generally avoid it whenever possible. I called in advance and the Manager promised to upgrade me to the plan. However, after driving all the way to the store, now they cant figure out how to do it.
