I had a weird experience with a sub-contractor(s) employee and asked him to leave. He was very odd. It was apparent when he first arrived, opened the storm door, and walked in. With four dogs in the house, plus basic etiquette, it didn't go over well with me. Not to mention he wore no I.D. nor did he introduce himself.... Maybe it's just me?!

Bundling doesn't not save money. Charter is expensive, especially for subpar service. The first six months they switched out three modems and I lost count of how many times they switched out the TV boxes. We were supposed to have several DVR's but they installed all basic boxes with no DVR's but were charged for DVR's. There was a technician at our house one to two times a month! Needless to say we no longer have them. If you want any results regarding issues you would need to go to the Charter office in Bozeman. The employees on the phone will only waste your time and breath.

Today was upgrade day and Michael made it easy and painless. Very knowledgeable and very sincere. It's more like hanging out with a friend who knows about phones than dealing with someone in sales, which I loved because I hate shopping for just about anything and will generally avoid it whenever possible. I live closer to a different Verizon location but this is the one I will keep coming back to whenever I need something. And whenever possible I will definitely seek out Michael to help me.

Global Net has met my needs and my expectations. They have worked out all the kinks in the system so I have a fast reliable connection that is up coninuously. I had a few problems initially that Global Net was able to resolve and they worked hard to make it right. I am a very happy customer just glad to be off my very slow DSL connection and able to stream movies in HD. I am a heavy user and have not had any troubles surfing the web while streaming movies or playing online games. Even the technicians have been nice and thorough. Its nice to have a local company to deal with that provides the services I need.

During peak traffic hours it's sometimes unavailable altogether. This company is in desperate need of an infrastructure upgrade and they literally couldn't care less. I have not one positive thing to say about Century Link. There aren't the appropriate words to even describe the amount of disappointment and dissatisfaction we've experienced with this company. Unfortunately, they are the only provider in our area. The second another provider is available we will drop their service like a bad habit. Their techs are incompetent, their call centers are impossible to navigate. They charge you for everything they can, even when it's their equipment that's failing. They are the definition of profits over product. We've been stuck with Century Link for 7 years and I can fully say that the service they provide is years out of date and an absolute disaster to be forced to use them. I am currently paying for 40 mbs service and, I kid you not, have never even reached half of that. My average download speed is about 15mbs (on a good day) and my upload averages less than 5mbs. I am hard lined directly. That's how pathetic this service is. They don't care, they won't fix it, they won't upgrade their infrastructure. Dozens of techs in person have been to my house.
