I've dealt with a few people at this store who weren't the best, but that's life. However, last night, I had an AWESOME experience with Joe Baan. I called first, to see if they had the Google Pixel XL in stock, since that was my first choice of phone. The phone I was using at the time had a completely shattered screen, and the display was coming off of the phone body itself... So buying a new phone was imperative. My insurance through Verizon is a joke, so I opted to buy a new phone rather than take some refurbished piece of junk from Asurion. Joe looked in he store's inventory and informed me that they did not have the Pixel phone, but that he could order it. Since I didn't really have time to wait, since my current phone at the time was a mess, I asked him what other phones are comparable to the Pixel. Immediately, he rattled off tons of information about other phones Verizon carries--the first one being the Motorola Droid Z Force. I had read a little about it, but not much. Joe knew a TON about the phone, as well as lots of other phones, and helped me narrow down my choices. I settled on the Droid Z Force, and headed down to the store. He was there when I arrived, had my phone on the counter, had my account up on the computer screen, and was ready to go. Which was extremely awesome, seeing as how I had my very hyper 15 month-old son with me and was looking to get in, get the phone activated, sign my life away to Verizon once more, and get out. Joe was super fast and knowledgeable. I was able to follow my son around the store as he explored and looked around while Joe activated my phone for me and did everything we needed so I could keep an eye on my son and make sure he didn't touch anything I couldn't afford haha. When Joe was ready, he brought an iPad to me so that I could sign the necessary forms, etc. He had it all wrapped up and ready to go. It was so painless and efficient. I can't be grateful enough for that, since I was dreading dragging my young son to a store and praying he'd remain entertained. Joe made it extremely easy, which I greatly appreciate. Joe is able to read his audience really well and adapt his personality accordingly to match his customers. Myself, I'm kind of crass and easygoing, and he was fun to talk to and made the experience of dropping $749 on a new phone way less painful haha. He did a great job, and I just wanted him to be recognized. Other employees at the store were great, as well. Very friendly young folks. Keep up the good work! For once. 4) 14-day guarantee on new phones. 5) They're open a lot- very nice hours that are good for the working person-and Kaitlin and Max both stayed after closing to make sure that I had been well taken care of! 6) Unlike every other wireless store I experienced before Bullfrog, I feel like these guys are actually trustworthy and into doing business the old-fashioned way- they are into keeping customers for the long-term for sure. I bought a plan for a screen protector and called to find out the "child" that sold it to me only charged me for the screen and not the plan. I called in advance and the Manager promised to upgrade me to the plan. However, after driving all the way to the store, now they cant figure out how to do it. I have been standing here for an hour with a powerless employee (manager nowhere in sight). Can't take it anymore. Taking my business elsewhere. Do not go to this poorly managed location unless you want bad service at premium prices. Blech. Update: I went to the Verizon @authorized dealer on 7th and stead if paying the $80 this store wanted to charge me for "the plan", I bought a plan for $40 that includes 5 free replacements. I also received a VM from this store manager making excuses and not taking responsibility for his poor performance. I will NOT EVER be going back. EVER. My advice? Go to the ACTUAL Verizon store by Rosauers. If you are in a hurry go to the 7th ave store.

They're only interested in selling phones, they have no interest in customer service. Zero, none! I broke my phone... The manager said he's been managing that location on Main and 7th for 7 years. He told me to call an 800 number knowing I had a broken phone. I asked to use his landline and he told me I could not use the phone, and I was a freaking customer! I went down the street to Verizon and they were happy to let me use the phone. This manager is a straight up a hole. I would never do business with T-Mobile again, even if they were the last cell provider on the planet. They were so nice when I bought my phone, told me things that were untrue just to get me to do it, anytime I had a problem after that, they raced me outta there quickly. The manager there raced me outta there for the last time. I will never be back. Never, ever, no way in hell. I would never give them another penny. Never! The hard drive in my computer was going bad. I called various computer companies in Bozeman. I contacted RadioShack (I initially did not even know they worked on hard drives) and they quoted a great price for a solid-state hard drive. They placed the new hard drive in my computer in less than 6 hours. Needless to say, my computer went from the speed of the glacier to that of a Japanese bullet train. They were able to save all of my files and programs, which really saved me a headache of going back and trying to download everything back on my computer. As most people are aware, businesses in Bozeman have a tendency to over promise and under deliver. This was completely the opposite. They gave the best price on all of the computer companies I contacted, they finished the work faster than I expected, and their workmanship was exemplary. I could not be more satisfied.
