I would never do business with T-Mobile again, even if they were the last cell provider on the planet. I called in advance and the Manager promised to upgrade me to the plan. However, after driving all the way to the store, now they cant figure out how to do it. I went in to this location with my mom to ask about upgrading our phones. The employees were very…read morenice and really took the time to explain everything to us, which we really appreciated because phone plans are confusing. I ordered my new phone and and when I came in to pick it up the store was very busy, since the new iPhone 11 had just come out, but everyone was still very nice and accommodating. The manager went above and beyond making sure I had everything I needed and the best possible deal. I will definitely be coming back to this location for any other phone needs I have!
