My wife went to see how to unlock our phones! The employee fraudulently signed us up for home internet which isn't even available at our address! When we got the bill and I went to the store to question it, the employee outright lied and said they accidentally charged a phone line twice! He said he fixed it!! Then we get an email saying we needed to return the "box" or be charged $300!!! Can't return something we never received!!! Do not go to this store!!! If you do keep records and names and watch your bill!!! We will be filing a police report against the store and the employee!!! read more

Outstanding customer service! Tommy was the rep that helped me. I lost my phone on a fly fishing trip the day before so I stopped by to pick up a new phone before my flight home. Tommy suggested that I use the Find My Mobile feature BEFORE spending any money. We were able to pinpoint the location, but I didn't have enough time to run out and pick it up so I had to opt for a new phone. Macy, provided incredible service for me. I was very frustrated with the service I got got at the corporate level. Spent over two hours on the phone, never got my issues resolved. I came very close to going to AT&T. I have been with the Verizon for a few years and really like the Belgrade store. I wanted to see what they could do first before getting a hold of AT&T. A friend of mine owns a francize in Bozeman. Macy, helped me and went way and beyond to address the issues. She diagnosed the problem and fixed it asap. I was so happy I upgraded my phone. She has a fantastic attitude and really helps the customers. I am also very pleased with the service I get at the Belgrade store, they are super. On this day Macy really did a incredible job. I am still very flustered with the service center, I can not recommend them to anyone. They completely forget about the customer. The Belgrade store and especially Macy every time is about the customer. What ever you are paying the Belgrade store it is not enough, I really mean it and especially Macy. I currently do not own a business, but have so in the past. If I did now, I be hiring Macy and several others at the Belgrade store, they provide the service my customer expected of me. Again, someone needs to take notice, and reward her and the rest of the Belgrade store. read more

Phone they sold me was cracked and defective phone and would not replace it. Hidden fees. Told me the set up fees were the ones I paid in store, then suddenly bam, there is an extra 70 on my bill. Verizon sent out a notice during COVID that we all got 15G more internet, despite being on unlimited plans, then they charged an extra 2 something a month. Deceptive about costs. I stay with Verizon because they have the fewest dead spots in rural areas but never had a good experience with them. Now I have a defective phone and deceptive fees. Terrible. What was I thinking in staying? I know, I commute and my phone died completely and I was thinking I cant commute without a phone, so I just went back to what I knew. Dumb me. read more

I like this store a lot, and MUCH prefer it to the corporate store in Bozeman, and any of the other outlet stores in the area. This store is always clean and organized. I've dealt with a few people at this store who weren't the best, but that's life. However, last night, I had an AWESOME experience with Joe Baan. I called first, to see if they had the Google Pixel XL in stock, since that was my first choice of phone. The phone I was using at the time had a completely shattered screen, and the display was coming off of the phone body itself... So buying a new phone was imperative. My insurance through Verizon is a joke, so I opted to buy a new phone rather than take some refurbished piece of junk from Asurion. Joe looked in he store's inventory and informed me that they did not have the Pixel phone, but that he could order it. Since I didn't really have time to wait, since my current phone at the time was a mess, I asked him what other phones are comparable to the Pixel. Immediately, he rattled off tons of information about other phones Verizon carries--the first one being the Motorola Droid Z Force. I had read a little about it, but not much. Joe knew a TON about the phone, as well as lots of other phones, and helped me narrow down my choices. I settled on the Droid Z Force, and headed down to the store. He was there when I arrived, had my phone on the counter, had my account up on the computer screen, and was ready to go. Which was extremely awesome, seeing as how I had my very hyper 15 month-old son with me and was looking to get in, get the phone activated, sign my life away to Verizon once more, and get out. Joe was super fast and knowledgeable. I was able to follow my son around the store as he explored and looked around while Joe activated my phone for me and did everything we needed so I could keep an eye on my son and make sure he didn't touch anything I couldn't afford haha. When Joe was ready, he brought an iPad to me so that I could sign the necessary forms, etc. He had it all wrapped up and ready to go. It was so painless and efficient. I can't be grateful enough for that, since I was dreading dragging my young son to a store and praying he'd remain entertained. Joe made it extremely easy, which I greatly appreciate. Joe is able to read his audience really well and adapt his personality accordingly to match his customers. Myself, I'm kind of crass and easygoing, and he was fun to talk to and made the experience of dropping $749 on a new phone way less painful haha. He did a great job, and I just wanted him to be recognized. Other employees at the store were great, as well. Very friendly young folks. Keep up the good work! Don't believe everything they tell you about the items they try to sell you. This is not a Verizon store, Cellular Plus is an independent franchise. GO to the corporate Verizon store in Bozeman instead....unless you prefer convoluted misleading information. I would have picked No Stars, but it's not an option. I recently moved to Belgrade and my service provider was Sprint. Come to find out sprint doesn't service this area. After going to AT&T several times and banging my head against the wall because I had not brought a certain bit of information to port my number, or I needed to buy a new phone.. So I tried Verizon. A specialist named Ethan greeted me right away. Not only was he very knowledgeable, but also very professional and pleasant to talk to. Despite another associate saying I needed to buy a new phone, he gave it a try anyway! I was in and out in under an hour! This was probably the best experience I have ever had at a cell phone store. I will be back to this store when it's time for a new phone, and setting up an appointment with Ethan. read more

1. This is not a "true" Verizon store like the bozeman Main Street location. 2. Their pricing is different from true Verizon stores. E.g., we wanted an iPhone 5c and it was $100 more than the store in Bozeman. 3. Their people are not trained on apple products. He told us the 5c is identical to the 5s. He said they both have fingerprint scanners. He told us the 5c would fit in a 5s (or 5) case. On a positive note, there was no waiting like bozeman since the store was empty :) read more

I am extremely impressed with the customer service I received from Cellular Plus. The employees are all very knowledgeable and take the time to care for the clients. My last interaction with the company was with Stefan. My wifi device wouldn't connect to my laptop. He spent 2 hours on the phone with customer service trying to find a solution. He not only fixed the problem but also took care of some other issues I was having and helped me get my tablet connected to my laptop as well. I will recommend Stefan, Tiffani and Brent to anybody that is looking for any cell phone plans or devices. They have gone above and beyond my expectations of what I thought was possible. I went into Costco in Bozeman three times to upgrade to a new phone and the service was not very good. I drove all the way here to this Belgrade store and much experience with Ashley was more than I asked for. She helped me pick out the phone that would suit me the best and transfered everything over that was on my old phone. She set up my voice-mail and all my emails so they were easily accessible. She told me what to expect on my bill so I wasn't shocked. She even offered to sit down with me one on one on her own time to teach me how to use the phone. I was very happy with the service and the knowledge these reps had. I will drive here from now on to do my service. I would recommend everyone come here to get the best service! read more

I've been in the store twice...once for an upgrade (phone was out of storage and not working) and once for a iPhone that stopped working all together (and we didn't have all of our images backed-up...basically every baby photo from the last 3 years). When your phone stops working, it really reminds you of how dependent we are on technology. I had my wife and 2 boys (3&1years old) with me and they were maniacs...it appeared as though they had never been parented and only raised by wolves. The store 1) had toys, 2) the staff interacted with the kids while we were getting our phones, and 3) had wet wipes for when my 1 year old had a blow-out (yes in my rush to get the phone fixed I forgot wet wipes...again). Their team's humor, empathy for my situation, and care towards my family, made a stressful situation much easier. They worked quickly and treated us well...I'm thankful for their help. This place has the worst customer service. We switched from AT&T, who we had been with 10+ years without a problem, to go to Verizon for their Gizmo Gadget watch for kids. We were explicitly told by the 4 employees sitting at the front that all we have to do is pay off phones , pay our final bill, and we will receive a combination of Visa Cards and statement credits for switching. After paying off over $1,000 for our phones and final bill from AT&T, the story changed. All of the sudden, the same 4 people that sat there and sold us on this great story are saying oh no, you need to trade in your phones and buy new ones! Why were we not told this in the first place? After weeks of trying to get some help form upper management, we finally got a call back from the district manager saying they can't do anything to fix the horrible customer service we received. We want to settle on a statement credit for half of the amount of cash we had to put out right away but they wont even accommodate their upset customers with that. Save yourself the time and headache and go to a real Verizon store, or better yet, go to AT&T. read more
