DO NOT GO HERE. I was lied to and charged for things that I never agreed to. I went here to get a new phone and was told that they were running a promotion for a $50 Tab A along with buying a phone. I asked 2X and was ensured by the representative that the only charge I would receive would be $50. After getting my bill, I found out that not only was I charged $200 for the Tab A, They had also added another line for it, at a monthly charge but also $14/month in insurance! I brought all the paperwork back to them and asked to simply return the Tab A and get a refund. They would not accept the return even though the Tab A was never even used and in its original wrapping even though I was able to show them on the paperwork that I had that I had not initialed the boxes authorizing any of the additional payments. read more

In Feb I purchased a new iPhone and a watch, both at significant discounts. Neither were applied. Following 7 months and countless business hours spent trying to fix this, they finally applied the discounts appropriately...then promptly informed me that my frustration is unwarranted. Do not waste your money!!! These people do not know what they are doing. I has a mobile hotspot 3.5+ years ago and just found out yesterday that a $200 collection hit my credit report. Funny thing is i closed out my account and paid off any balance in March 2012!!!! I called collections and they said i need account information and payments made to cellular plus (from Cell plus) in order to get the claim closed. Called Cellular plus and was told by MONICA that the account is 3 years old and i need to deal with the collection agency because they have NO information on the account! And once i said frustratingly that cellular plus has no information besides a $ amount to give me i would need it from them, she just then repeated to me that i need to deal with them and they have nothing on the account and then HUNG UP!!!!!! Horrible experience with this store. The new phones for my kids for Christmas were ordered incorrectly by Ashlee on December 23rd 2016 so they were not going to honor the promotion. But only after they bought out 2 of the 4 phones did they tell me this, and $412 was put on my bill. Early January I asked them to put my bill back exactly the same as it was before I walked into the store. Here is the response I got from them. "I reached out to my ops team and this is what they told me. The device payments that have been processed as buyouts cannot be reversed. They were put on your bill being that they were not paid for in store. Once they are paid, your bill would be cheaper then the $260 that you were paying before. Unfortunately there is nothing else I can do. " I had to call Verizon 800 to fix this. Unfortunately Verizon is slow. It just got fixed last week on 4/19/17. It look talking to 11 Verizon and cellular plus employees to do it. If you choose Verizon I would recommend skipping the cellular plus sites and go to the Verizon owned stores. read more

Wonderful experience this weekend at Cellular Plus in the Smith's shopping center! We worked with Nicole and Ben and they couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful! Nicole was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to set us up with the best plan, phone and accessories. And Ben was so helpful and really went the extra steps to help us with our phone case that wasn't working properly. He fixed the problem and was so nice even though we showed up at almost closing on a Sunday! He was very nice and a pleasure to work with. I have had such horrible experiences with the actual Verizon store here in Bozeman (in the Hastings shopping center on Main), I will always go to Cellular Plus from now on! read more

I have been a verizon customer for over a decade. I have always had good customer service in stores in the Bay Area, but Bozeman is lacking a level of professionalism I have experienced in previous visits. We all know going to the cellphone store is a bit lit going to the dentist. We need something fixed. It's going to hurt, cost money, and take a lot of time. However, when we went in to get a " simple cleaning", or change to a family plan and get my fiancee a compatible phone. We ended up spending enough time in the store for oral surgery and a root canal. The poor girl helping us, a trainee, was left in the cold by her manager despite her several attempts for assistance. Last time I checked, a manager is suppose to train his new employees. He seemed like he couldn't be bothered. In fact, he didn't attend to her or us until 2 hours later when it was passed closing time. Neither employee could explain the contract we were about to sign. Both girls at the counter claimed that we would have to pay for the phone in full, and return it to them if we ended our contract. Why would we pay $500 for a phone we couldn't keep? The manager had to explain this hiccup in the contract to his employees and us. Apparently, that part of the contract did not apply to our plan. My fiancee returned to the store later in the week, to exchange his new device. He was unhappy with the battery life and durability. When asking questions about other devices, he was told to google it by a seasoned employee. She then got on her computer, and ignored him. I have worked in customer service for years. It's a hard job. People aren't always pleasant and they are demanding. I get " not wanting to be bothered." However, telling a customer to just google it, that's just not doing your job. read more

Pray they never owe you money. It is impossible to get customer services from any Verizon company the main people do not want to talk with any customer for any reason. I have been hung up on 17 times the the last 3 days. I get put on hold from all verizon customer service phone numbers, while they get my information. and then they hang up if you call too many times in one day you will get call blocked so forget any true contact. time to call in the feds read more
