Emily guided me through multiple boot styles, including the Heritage line, Chelsea boots, and Chukka boots, making sure I found the perfect pair. What really stood out was her recommendation of the Revolution insoles after using the foot scanner, which revealed that I have flat feet. These insoles made a noticeable difference, especially in relieving pain in my heels and the balls of my feet. Overall, this was by far one of the best retail experiences I've had. Adding to my earlier review. Nathan , the owner was good enough to call me and explain his position which I heard without name calling. Unfortunately Nathan was not able to see the point without resorting to name calling. I think he is doing a good job and has a genuinely nice store with good employees. In the future I think more emphasis will be on understanding the value of a customer's loyalty. I come up one star for accountability. Realize a customer, when respected will remain loyal but a customer when disrespected will not. Returns represent a breech of trust. A customer must deal with taking their time to address essentially your shortcoming. Failure to show due concern loses you future business. An erosion of reputation looses business in the community. You are selling Chinese imports under an iconic American name. You are missing the bond that used to go along with the Redwing name by not backing up that trust given you. As someone who was looking to expand upon their boot collection, I can not recommend this shop enough. I had the pleasure of meeting Nathan, the proprietor, and his wife, who both were extremely pleasant to talk to. I didn't have a specific boot in mind, but their in-shop selection was expansive enough to find just the right boot, without being too intimidating. Nathan and I talked about their heritage collection, the build quality, and what he recommended. I walked out just twenty minutes later with a beautiful pair of Moc-Toed Heritage boots. Nathan was kind enough to even add a couple sets of speed hooks on the top eyelets, and treat the leather before I left with them. I was greeted by a charming, professional and very knowledgeable proprietor by the name of Emily. She went right to work using an apparatus that was possibly borrowed from the star ship Enterprise. Almost like a replocator but from "Bones'" office. She took my measurements and recommended a few styles that would suit my needs. The quality of construction and comfort of the boots we selected made my feet think Demeter of Greek mythology succeeded in bringing Persephone back from the underworld. As with all items of barter, sticker shock is normal, but I assure you dear reader. Its worth every dime. Quality, Construction and customer service this day in age is a fickle beast. I walked into their store today with the thought of getting a pair of "cowboy boots" I walked out with a better pair of work/cowboy boots all thanks to Dusty.
