I wanted a nice heavy weight gloss cover for the book, which I was assured could be done, but the job had to go to their main center because the store didn't carry that thickness of paper. Not only didn't the store send the job to the center, but was insistent in talking me out of having the job re-done to my specifications because they didn't believe the center didn't have the proper paper as well. In the end, I have 100 copies of a coloring book that I'm now going to have to mark down in price. A HUGE WASTE OF MY TIME, MONEY, AND ENERGY.
