In the end they calmly and perfesionaly got me my wristbands on the morning of the concert in Iowa and gave me great assurance that they could do it on time. Update: I went to the Verizon @authorized dealer on 7th and stead if paying the $80 this store wanted to charge me for "the plan", I bought a plan for $40 that includes 5 free replacements. I also received a VM from this store manager making excuses and not taking responsibility for his poor performance. I will NOT EVER be going back. EVER. My advice? UPS guidelines require that they round down equal to or less than 1/2" and round up if over 1/2". For example a 16" X 12 1/4" X 5 3/4" package would be priced as 16" X 12" X 6". My experience today had them price it as 17" X 13" X 7". The difference in cost was +20.6%. When I instructed the clerk that she had done it wrong her reply was "that's how I was trained". I'll bet - every unscrupulous business owner would love to overcharge unsuspecting customers 20%.
