The tracking supposedly shows the order was "delivered to the DDU," yet not a single recipient received a postcard. When I reached out, I was told the job was "done correctly" on their end and that it was now my responsibility to contact USPS. That's not what a full service mailing should mean. If I hire someone to handle my campaign, I expect them to advocate for me and ensure the job is completed--not wash their hands of it the moment it's dropped off. I received no refund, only excuses. Paying for 100% of a service and receiving 0% of the results is completely unacceptable.

Went to see them in person to see if they could complete a simple project we had. They said they could absolutely do it if we sent them the files. Sent the files via email (specifically to Jeff) on October 23rd. Still hadn't heard from them on 11/5 so I called and was told that Jeff was busy and to send the files to another rep (Mary). After 3 days we still hadn't heard so I went and paid them a visit with a USB drive for the files. The receptionist (who was very kind) downloaded the files and said she would get them to a rep (they were all in a meeting of course). After 3 more days I still hadn't heard from them so I called in and the receptionist stated she would follow up with Jeff. To this day (11/17) I still haven't heard back from them. As for their quality of work, I couldn't tell you. Never made it that far. Just sat and spun my wheels and wasted my time for nothing. I will never do business with a company who treats customers this way. Not even a call or email that they can't do the project or that they're busy and please be patient. The company used to be good 20+ years ago when I worked with them but now I would recommend finding anyone else who actually VALUES your business.

These guys will tell you…read moreanything to get you to buy a phone but if you have a problem with it later, they'll race you outta there faster than you can ever think. They're only interested in selling phones, they have no interest in customer service. Zero, none! I broke my phone... The manager said he's been managing that location on Main and 7th for 7 years. He told me to call an 800 number knowing I had a broken phone. I asked to use his landline and he told me I could not use the phone, and I was a freaking customer! I went down the street to Verizon and they were happy to let me use the phone. This manager is a straight up a hole. I would never do business with T-Mobile again, even if they were the last cell provider on the planet. They were so nice when I bought my phone, told me things that were untrue just to get me to do it, anytime I had a problem after that, they raced me outta there quickly. The manager there raced me outta there for the last time. I will never be back. Never, ever, no way in hell. I would never give them another penny. Never! I guess he thought I couldn't leave a review. What an a hole! Beware!
