FedEx Office Print & Ship Center - Great customer service - Printing Services Near Me - Bozeman, Montana

My husband ordered a computer and FedEx was the delivery service. Not only did they deliver to the wrong address and let a random stranger without my husband's name sign off on it, they proceeded to tell my husband that it would take 2 business days to file a claim, and this was on a Saturday! Thankfully the second round of exhausting customer service calls was a bit better, the person who helped us the second time was a wonderful resource, easy to communicate with and very empathetic. The service rep tried to call our FedEx location to learn more and they didn't answer (later afternoon still during business hours)! This isn't the first time that FedEx has messed up our address, in fact, just about every time we've had a package go through FedEx, It's been severely delayed or simply is undeliverable, even though we live in town and have an easier address. This was just the cherry on top of the multiple failures FedEx has achieved with us. read more

Went in today to overnight some thing. Ask the lady if I could overnight a package and she said no it may be delivered by Friday. She said she could still put the overnight label on it and I could pay for the overnight shipping. I asked her if it was guaranteed by Friday and she said no it could be there next week to. I highly do not recommend doing business with this Fed ex office unprofessional employee as well rude tone of voice. read more

I use FedEx Kinkos all over the US and usually the experience is awesome. The Bozeman store is the one weak spot I have ever encountered. The staff can't be bothered when you come in. The store can be completely empty and it is nearly impossible to get assistance. Today I had a simple 20 page print job. The quote was for tomorrow. I went in and asked the clerk if it could be done today. His response was "nah, computer says do this one tomorrow.". I said yes, but i need it today. his response was "well then print it your self." I would really like the manager of this location to reach out to me. This general interaction has happened a half dozen time there. ALL OTHER LOCATIONS have been friendly and on the ball from Los Angeles to Ohio to New York. read more

I have used this company to print small jobs for my small business for the last 7 years. I had a job done last week and paid about $32 for 30 prints. I placed an order for the same job today but for 36 prints and was told the price was $84. More than double, actually almost triple. When I exclaimed there must be some mistake! I was told that they charged me the wrong price last time and this was the correct price. I called to explain that no one had told me the price was wrong last time so I obviously assumed it would be similiar pricing and I was told I could bring them back to her for a refund. That's it. I explained that they should honor the price this time since it was their mistake and no one told me of the huge price difference but my only option is to bring back the prints I need for a refund. I won't be printing here again. read more

If I could give zero stars I would! The Fed Ex driver has not delivered a package to our door in almost a year. He always leaves it with a neighbor though we have regular business hours and am always here. The neighbors are sick of it and we are beyond tired of always trying to find packages left with random people. I could handle a 1 time issue but this is weekly. When faced with their local competitor, MSU's University Printing, FedEx really shines. They pay attention and are kind and understanding. I've never once had a bad experience with any of the staff, even when I've come in to print difficult jobs on tight deadlines. They've always been willing to work with me and help me problem solve on my orders. University Printing has only ever treated me with condescending customer service and shoddy work. read more

Generally they are helpful. But, today I had a small part poke through a package I had left with them to ship. The guy in the phone was short and unhelpful and quoted me $10 to simply put that box in a new bigger box and reprint the label. Won't be going back for awhile read more

I try to NOT use them any more if possible. You call them and the phone rings and rings unanswered. Then when you go in you see why - they are standing around chatting with customers and the phone is ringing and ringing. Over the last month, the store has been closed twice during normal business hours. Today I went twice at 8:30 and 9:30 am and they were still closed. Very frustrating and inconvenient. However, one side benefit is I found an alternate business to drop off my package and I could get a receipt for pre-postage paid shipment. Go to Postal Annex on Kagy in the same shopping center as Sola. Hannah was very pleasant and states they are always open. Service was very quick and parking plentiful. read more

Agree with all of the negative comments. Assistant manager Craig makes you feel like you are inconveniencing him and is incredibly slow. They completely messed up our order, didn't notice, and took F-O-R-E-V-E-R to fix all while offer no apology with a scowl in his face throughout the process. read more

Printing is fine.One Fedex service person.. ONE particular dude is a completely disorganized and overconfident person! He misspelled addresses misspelled names of both parties even after I gave my identity card and a printout of the addresses! How many errors can one do in 4 lines? Even after I pointed out to him, he just tried to correct it using a pen over the shipping label sticker. He did not re-do the order.. I am going to confront higher mangers unless he is the manager himself! In that case I am just in bad luck and my shipment is toasted. Completely careless and impossible to correct. I should have raised hell over this right at the time but I buckled under my time pressure and left hoping since its fedex it will figure out.. Later I found one part of the address was completely MISSING This has drawn last straw and I am really worried about my shipment. I wish this person does not do any shipment label printing and write over things. Just delegate the job to someone more competent and careful... read more

This is the bottom of the barrel for small print jobs and local work. They change for using the computer to make a print of your own work, which also is charge. Nice for big jobs but small jobs need to go to Staples or Office Depot. I am a print artist, even the University printers do better! I think of this place as a cat fish, bottom feeding and slimy. Tried to send bear spray home on a Saturday after a Yellowstone trip. Said they could not ship dangerous goods on weekend because the "big terminals were closed" whatever that means...No explanation for why they couldn't charge me then just ship it Monday. read more

In the spring of 2007 and again in the fall of 2008 I shipped fly rods, waders, etc. via FedEx to the Bozeman office near MSU. Best thing I ever did. When you're going 2000 miles to go fishing the last thing you need is to have the airlines lose your equipment! Easy pick-up on the way to YNP and dropped everything off on my way to the Bozeman airport to go home. Nice people too! I'm going again in a couple of weeks and know this is one service provider I don't have to worry about and that's saying alot! read more
