So much so that I got rid of my home printer and just get my stuff printed by them. This week they went above and beyond again and took my frantic call when I didn't receive my Hinterland concert wristsbans in time for me to drive, with my two children, across the contry... for days. They were able to give me a game plan and a contingency plan so I could communicate with my mother in law (75years) so she could get there in time to ship the to my vrbo in Iowa. In the end they calmly and perfesionaly got me my wristbands on the morning of the concert in Iowa and gave me great assurance that they could do it on time. All this hard work on their part just so I didn't have to worry on my vacation. So thank you. Thank you for doing your job like you mean it and being really really good at what you do. The clerk helped me figure out a package, taped it up for me, patiently added the address and made sure I got the best price and was extremely pleasant throughout. The post office usually doesn't give you a piece of tape for an envelope! It was so easy and the price was reasonable. The employees were friendly, professional and simply nice. UPDATE-- I had to change the address of my package because I made a mistake. I called them and it took all of 5 minutes for them to change the address! THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!

ZERO RESULTS, ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY…read more I paid for a full postcard mailing service, including printing and delivery to USPS. The tracking supposedly shows the order was "delivered to the DDU," yet not a single recipient received a postcard. When I reached out, I was told the job was "done correctly" on their end and that it was now my responsibility to contact USPS. That's not what a full service mailing should mean. If I hire someone to handle my campaign, I expect them to advocate for me and ensure the job is completed--not wash their hands of it the moment it's dropped off. I received no refund, only excuses. Paying for 100% of a service and receiving 0% of the results is completely unacceptable.
