They wrote about my dog over my mom's kind words to me. They've permanently damaged something I cherish. Once again instead of getting in contact with me about the dog they chose to hold my package from me, I have yet to receive any word about a product I bought with my own money. I understand dogs can be intimidating especially a large breed, but as a mail carrier you should be aware that while delivering mail to peoples homes you might encounter an animal. I would like to mention my dog is not aggressive and has been properly socialized with people and other animals. No other mail carrier has had an issue delivering my packages with the dog in the yard.

In the end they calmly and perfesionaly got me my wristbands on the morning of the concert in Iowa and gave me great assurance that they could do it on time. The clerk helped me figure out a package, taped it up for me, patiently added the address and made sure I got the best price and was extremely pleasant throughout. The post office usually doesn't give you a piece of tape for an envelope! It was so easy and the price was reasonable. The employees were friendly, professional and simply nice. UPDATE-- I had to change the address of my package because I made a mistake. I called them and it took all of 5 minutes for them to change the address! THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!
