Do NOT trust this store to pack…read moreanything for you, especially if it is valuable...even after you tell them it's fragile and it's glass so please pack it accordingly and they promise they will...they won't. Or perhaps I was unlucky enough to have someone who didn't know how to properly pack...regardless, one time is enough to never come here for any shipping again. I had 6 light fixtures that I was shipping to my boss' friend for their apartment. They were not cheap fixtures. They were around $500 a piece, but my boss had no use for them so she wanted her friend to have them. We didn't have any packing materials and we trusted that a shipping company would have enough experience to know how to pack and ship such items. When I arrived, I was helped out by a nice enough kid and explained to him that the items are fragile, they're glass and to please make sure to pack appropriately. I literally carried them in and placed them gingerly on the counter and went over it with him. He assured me that, "Absolutely of course, we will pack these properly." Went through the whole checking out process (had other packages as well, but not fragile), got insurance for my packages and happily left to continue on a busy day of errands. When the package arrived at the friend's apartment, she said that she heard the tinkling of glass before she even opened the box. As you can see in the pictures, they were destroyed. There was one sticker that said "Fragile" on the box...no "Glass" stickers, no one wrote "Glass" anywhere even though we had discussed that...the bubble wrap was the WRONG kind of wrap...each light should have been wrapped in either bigger bubble wrap or styrofoam wrap PLUS bubble wrap. And there was only one layer of the slightly bigger bubble wrap around all 6 in the box. When I checked my receipt to start a claim, I saw that the kid hadn't added insurance to that particular package! I immediately kick myself for not double checking the receipt when I was done, so that's one me. I call anyway and speak w/the manager and let him know what happened and he gives me his email...I send him the pictures and write everything again and NOTHING. I follow up a month later and NOTHING this continues for 6 months. In addition to this b*llsh*t, I have a lot of work on my plate with my job and have to move twice a year so I've given up the ghost! However, I wanted to write a review about my experience so you know that if you ever need to ship anything fragile, pack it yourself or take it somewhere else completely and ALWAYS check the receipt to make sure insurance has been added.

I wanted a nice heavy weight gloss cover for the book, which I was assured could be done, but the job had to go to their main center because the store didn't carry that thickness of paper. Not only didn't the store send the job to the center, but was insistent in talking me out of having the job re-done to my specifications because they didn't believe the center didn't have the proper paper as well. In the end, I have 100 copies of a coloring book that I'm now going to have to mark down in price. A HUGE WASTE OF MY TIME, MONEY, AND ENERGY. The personnel seemed nice, but in the end, not helpful in the slightest bit. I would have been much better off having it done by a pro shop online, but I wanted to support a local business. Never again.

The tracking supposedly shows the order was "delivered to the DDU," yet not a single recipient received a postcard. When I reached out, I was told the job was "done correctly" on their end and that it was now my responsibility to contact USPS. That's not what a full service mailing should mean. If I hire someone to handle my campaign, I expect them to advocate for me and ensure the job is completed--not wash their hands of it the moment it's dropped off. I received no refund, only excuses. Paying for 100% of a service and receiving 0% of the results is completely unacceptable.
