This storage facility is great! It's in a quiet part of town and feels very safe, and the facility was very clean and well-maintained. The storage unit itself was very clean and well taken care of! The staff were always very quick to respond by phone and helpful and kind. The cost was similar to other facilities in Bozeman, but I felt it was much nicer! read more

I did alot of research trying to find a safe competently run storage facility for my truck that was close to the airport AND could get me there and back when I (frequently) flew in and out of BOZ. With my list in hand CTS was my first stop. Chatted with Carl for about 20 minutes and from that alone the decision was easy. Carl takes care of our truck as if it was his own and is easy to get a hold of. The service that we "pay for" is always as expected. Carl even goes the extra mile.

Of equal importance we completed the move with zero broken items! Mike is responsive, positive and super efficient - very rare but greatly appreciated qualities! He was punctual, patient, methodical, and very pleasant to work with all around. If you're looking for a moving company that works hard, takes the time and care to ensure your belongings get from point A to point B safely, and has unmatched expertise, then I would highly recommend BERG Movers! We have some large, bulky furniture and had some very awkward and tight angles to work with in our new home, and Bobby was able to get it done with ease. I don't normally write reviews, but it's always a nice feeling to support a local business - especially when they go above and beyond.

The negatives were that they showed up 1.5 hours late and what should have been a 5.5 hour drive took them at least 10 hours. I got conflicting stories as to why it took them so long. One person told me it was because they got pulled over by DOT and another told me the truck broke down and they had to switch vehicles. Since I didn't want them arriving between 10:30 pm and 11pm they ended up unloading the next day. I was still charged the full amount of $2,300 despite everything and was told it was "flawless".

The packing was unbelievably bad with mislabeled boxes, no concept of organization in the boxes, multiple items broken or damaged and valuable items simply forgotten and left behind. They now hire independent workers to pack who have no accountability to Atlas and they clearly do NOT care to do a good job. I spoke with the company and they said they would send a claim form but of course never did. DO NOT hire this company if you value your property or sanity!!!!

From start to finish, this was a quality job. Maygen (Idaho Falls) took meticulous notes for the…read moreestimate and ended up very close to the actual cost. Everyone was professional and good natured, on time, well organized, hard working and they obviously like working with each other. The move-out crew (Adam, Robert, Joel and Tony in Idaho Falls) were amazing and loaded everything faster than expected, worked through lunch and were gone by 4pm. Two days later Adam supervised the unloading in Lehi, UT and also had a great team to work with. There were a few minor wall-dings but nothing major, and all furniture was well cared for. Start to finish was only about 4 1/2 hours including reassembling furniture and generally organizing room set up under my direction. Two thumbs up; and the cost of our move ended up being less than estimated. Well done; I highly recommend this company.
