I…read morecouldn't believe the low ratings for them until I saw the years they were posted - 2022 was the newest review. There must have been a major staff change or maybe ownership change. I was at another place in Bozeman for a long time until they sold to a nation wide corporation. It was a really run down place and a pain to get in and out of but the price was affordable so I didn't mind. After it went corporate, there were no improvements (that were desperately needed), but the rent went up by over 250% in a shockingly short amount of time!!!!!! Customer service was horrible. When I researched other places to move to, it seemed most were also corporate owned. Until I found Your Space. Here's what I found: Their customer service is over the top. Super friendly, very helpful, very personable interactions and they do their very best to help with your particular needs. The facility is HUGE so there is an abundant selection of sizes of spaces. I looked at two spaces and they were both absolutely immaculate - as is the entire complex. The way it was built, with 2 small step ups in the cement at the door and solid seals, I don't see any way any water nor rodents can get it. The structures are metal and everything looks brand new. There is a lot of space between rows of buildings so that big trucks can maneuver where the large spaces are located. I had a big tow truck flatbed haul a big van in and he had to pull directly perpendicular to the door. No problem! There is an easy to use electric gate when going in during off hours and there is a helpful kiosk outside the office where you can tend to much of your business if the office is closed. Since it's privately owned, they don't have a policy of price gouging. I asked how often the rent increased and the gal in the office said she'd been there quite a while and had not seen an increase. And their rates are reasonable! I can't say enough good stuff about these people. I highly highly recommend them.
