They initially found a used screen for me, but a couple of days later, they called and offered me a better-condition used screen instead, which I really appreciated! The repair was completed, from drop of to pick up, in just two days and cost only $220--a fraction of what I was quoted at other places. I couldn't be happier with the service, communication, and price. Highly recommend!

The hard drive in my computer was going bad. I called various computer companies in Bozeman. They…read morequoted a very expensive price and stated they could probably not save the programs I downloaded on the hard drive. I contacted RadioShack (I initially did not even know they worked on hard drives) and they quoted a great price for a solid-state hard drive. They placed the new hard drive in my computer in less than 6 hours. Needless to say, my computer went from the speed of the glacier to that of a Japanese bullet train. They were able to save all of my files and programs, which really saved me a headache of going back and trying to download everything back on my computer. As most people are aware, businesses in Bozeman have a tendency to over promise and under deliver. This was completely the opposite. They gave the best price on all of the computer companies I contacted, they finished the work faster than I expected, and their workmanship was exemplary. I could not be more satisfied.

Ram Computer Services was highly recommended to me some time ago, and today I needed their help…read morewith a scanning problem that I was unable to solve myself after many frustrating attempts. Through remote access to my computer and printer, Hayden(a Ram technician) solved the problem in less than 20 minutes. I also have had discussions about upgrading my PC later this year to accommodate Windows 11, and Ram spent a great deal of their time and with tremendous patience educating and advising me. Without question customer service and satisfaction is important to the Ram technicians, and I fully intend to purchase a new system through them this fall. It is very good to be able to rely on the fairness and competence of a local business such as Ram Computer Services when a technical problem suddenly arises.

***UPDATE*** After leaving this review I did get a call back. I decided to let them take on my…read moreorder since I didn't have time to search out another company. From the time they called me back everything went very well. We received the proof in a timely manner (which was done 100% as we asked) and the completed, printed project came out even better than we had expected. Definitely 5 star service but I am leaving the full review at a 3 since I'm still not happy with how things started out. Went to see them in person to see if they could complete a simple project we had. They said they could absolutely do it if we sent them the files. Sent the files via email (specifically to Jeff) on October 23rd. Still hadn't heard from them on 11/5 so I called and was told that Jeff was busy and to send the files to another rep (Mary). After 3 days we still hadn't heard so I went and paid them a visit with a USB drive for the files. The receptionist (who was very kind) downloaded the files and said she would get them to a rep (they were all in a meeting of course). After 3 more days I still hadn't heard from them so I called in and the receptionist stated she would follow up with Jeff. To this day (11/17) I still haven't heard back from them. As for their quality of work, I couldn't tell you. Never made it that far. Just sat and spun my wheels and wasted my time for nothing. I will never do business with a company who treats customers this way. Not even a call or email that they can't do the project or that they're busy and please be patient. The company used to be good 20+ years ago when I worked with them but now I would recommend finding anyone else who actually VALUES your business.
