Otherwise, this mom and pop company might be the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with, certainly in internet and telephone services, and possibly in anything. Customer service is nonexistent and the people are nasty. The following excerpt is from the VM transcription I got from this company the day after my service went down and I couldn't reach them. I'll let the public decide how professional this is: "Got your voicemail last night Sorry I was a little occupied. I was taking care of some baby twins at the moment when you called so I just had my hands full." I usually don't take the time to write a review unless I'm super impressed and I must say I'm super pleased with Skynet. Chris the owner has superb customer service as well as his staff. I enjoy their professionalism and how fast they respond to any question or issue. I was so sick of big companies charging so much for internet that was always having issues. So we Recently dropped global nets service due to terrible internet and customer service and got skynet home office internet service and it is amazing! The Speed test from multiple speed test websites show the same speeds as what we are actually paying for which I have never had before from multiple companies over the years and there prices are very reasonable for such a good service! I would recommend this service to anyone! read more
