This book store has it all- basic supplies with MSU logos, lots of cutesy stuff for girls, a ton of clothes and stuff for game dress up, a technology corner, cards and stationary, book counter, print center and more. The gal at the Geek desk spent an hour with me while she took care of other customers. She finally got my problem resolved. The few folks I dealt with today were always professional and extremely polite. I think that sometimes customers may get impatient and as a result staff may react in a way that the customer misreads. They have horrible customer service when you call in to the main number they take orders for install for items that they have no one in the area that can even install it and put you on perpetual.
