The owner talked down to me, and his wife was unbearable to be around. I was walking through the store, looking at what components and accessories they had, and she tried to "Karen" me out of the store while he was still working on my laptop. As far as I can tell she dosen't work there just stands there and bothers customers. After he was done, he then told me I needed to schedule a paid session with him if I had any questions about the problems I was having. Apparently he's never heard Of google Or customer care. I don't feel obligated to go local in Livingston anymore. read more

If it was possible to give negative stars, I would do so. This store was highly recommended by a good friend so I took my malfunctioning computer there to be diagnosed and repaired. I was told I'd get a call in a couple of days, but after waiting a week with no call I returned to the store. There I saw my computer sitting exactly where I had left it so it hadn't been looked at. I was asked to repeat why I had brought it in and told them it would run for a few minutes and then shut down. I suspected it had some kind of hardware/overheating issue. It has a liquid cooled CPU. After a couple of days I did receive a call from the owner who told me it was a software issue. I disagreed and asked him to troubleshoot the hardware. I mentioned that my ex and I had owned a computer store so I was knowledgeable enough to know it was not a software issue. He then informed me that my experience was irrelevant. That's when I knew he would never fix it, so I told him to do whatever he thought he needed to do. A couple of days later I was told it was ready. All he did was wipe my hard drive and install Windows 8. The bill came to $60. I gave the computer to a friend and bought a new one. The friend opened the box and immediately found that the liquid coolant in the heat sink around the CPU had leaked out. He bought a replacement part on Amazon for $75. The computer runs just fine now. I will never purchase anything from this store again and I tell anyone who asks exactly what happened. I would recommend any person needing help with a computer issue go to any other store, especially women. read more

I can't believe the wonders Bob worked with my eight year old Sony Vaio! I had resigned myself to buying a new computer, and he probably could have sold me a new one with ease. Instead he took the time to look at, and work on my old machine, and I couldn't be happier with the results.
