The two companies before Pro carpet cleaners made stuff smell nice, but the stains were still very visible in high traffic areas and almost seemed worse a few months after they were cleaned. Also, their long hose attached to the van leaked a line of chemical across our front lawn killing grass. Bill showed up in a Prius and changed all that. His equipment was smaller and environmentally safe. He spent extra time to get some stains out, explained some of the chemistry behind his methods and was extremely thorough. He let me borrow his fans for a few days after to dry the carpets out and came back and did a quality control check after everything was dry. Thanks Bill!

Don't understand why B & B is not masking service staff or communicating to customers that their service staff will not wear masks or facial coverings on service calls. Consumer beware!
