I'm leaving this review because our experience at this upscale all inclusive resort was wildly inconsistent. The property is beautiful and the staff is kind, but the level of miscommunication and operational confusion was unlike anything I've experienced at this price point. A few of the major issues: * Serious health risk: The boxed lunches on our first days were unsafe for my diabetic brother and put him at risk of diabetic shock. These were the only meals available due to our scheduled activities. * Two different planners, both incorrect: * A "featured" restaurant they offered was actually closed. * We were booked for an activity that doesn't start for another two weeks. * The sky lift was presented as available but wasn't open. * Hot air balloon miscommunication: * The time we were given was wrong. * The balloon company had no record of our reservation. * We would have missed it entirely if I hadn't reconfirmed repeatedly. * Itinerary changes without notice: * Our schedule was altered multiple times without anyone informing us. * Another guest in the lobby was having the exact same issues. There were many more problems beyond these. They did tell us an employee had sabotaged their system, but it would be impossible for that one person to have caused everything we experienced. Bottom line: We had a good time, and the place itself is beautiful. But when you compare the price to the actual experience, I could not justify the stay.

Not ADA compliant. Discriminatory to persons needing accommodations…read more Accommodation means more than ADA ramps or equipment. It means having well-trained employees who do not make disabled persons feel unwelcome and othered. The YMCA employees made crass, inappropriate comments that were highly offensive to a person with a heart condition who struggles with standing for long periods of time. The experience with the YMCA was the most negative we've had as disabled people in the Gallatin Valley. It was traumatizing. With a fairly high monthly cost, considering there is no swimming pool and extremely limited evening class offerings that most working adults can access, this YMCA is a poor value compared to the Ridge Athletic Club, Bozeman Hot Springs, or other gyms in the area. Planet Fitness is far more budget-friendly, at $15 per month. Our family has been involved with YMCAs for over 70 years, as volunteers, employees, and members. This YMCA was a huge disappointment. It exists primarily to serve wealthier retired persons as a health-promoting facility. While meeting the needs of seniors is important, providing affordable, welcoming health and recreation for a wide variety of incomes, ability levels, and cultures is sorely lacking. With a family member disabled, we hoped the Y would help in building strength and recovery. We had to look elsewhere.

Super friendly staff and I appreciate Linda for her excellent service, she provided me with a tour and any info I needed. Would definitely come back whenever I'm passing by again!
