They can improve by just charging certain age groups more or less instead of having fully potty…read moretrained rate vs non-potty trained rate and then arguing with the parents about it. Not fair my fully potty trained child was charged more because he wore a pull up. He didn't need a change all day. Then beware you get hit with a "one time" registration fee and yearly fee. The first day there was more than three times the cost of our normal day care. I used this daycare with my first child years ago, and I found them ultra expensive then too. Years ago, they refunded my account the non-potty trained rate, but from reading other reviews and my experience there they are very non customer service friendly. I worry next year they will automatically bill me the yearly fee and refuse to remove it as other reviewers have said. Overall, I was hoping this place was going to be a good backup childcare, but I will avoid it. I especially did not like the lady getting close in my face during pick up telling me that they have to tell my child to go use the bathroom, and they won't reduce the price to the fully potty trained fee because they have to tell her to go. Isn't that part of the normal care of watching 2-3 year olds? Heck, even in kindergarten, they have bathroom breaks where teachers line up kids for bathroom breaks. The one check in lady says they automatically check in kids at the higher rate via age. That's fine why not disclose it? The first day my child did not have a pull up on the entire day. Came home dry. Yet still charged the higher rate. "Oh because it was a trial day, you won't get refunded". I didn't see that anywhere in the handbook. Another thing is the full day for how many hours rate. What is the price for 10 hours? One lady said they don't have a day rate and the other said they did. How confusing! It isn't mentioned on the website. The one nice lady on the phone assured me there was a max rate for up to 10 hours. I asked the one lady at the Bozeman location about it, and she made me feel like I was crazy, and it was only hourly rate available. Just confusing and frustrating on my end. Overall, I don't recommend. I will find some other back up care options.

We found our home. My one year is happy and literally attached to the teachers. My five year old loves the fact she can go to school with her brother on date nights. Mom and Dad's relationship has thrived because of date nights! The daycare is very organized and communication is so easy. I cannot stress enough what a relief it is to be able to talk with someone. In other daycare situations, my questions have gone unanswered. I had to ask for my bill, and prices were constantly changing. At Dino, somebody will call you back! They have clear answers for everything, and do their best to work with you.

She asked that families still pay for the daycare they weren't receiving for April. She invited families to communicate with her, which we did by email. She never responded to our email and never sent us an invoice. She next communicated with us in the end of April regarding initiating services again. We agreed to start on May 18 and paid the proposed price before receiving an invoice. After our payment, we received an invoice that included a fee for April. When my husband asked for more information about the fee, Callie refused to be transparent about why we never received an invoice for April or what we were paying for since her daycare was closed. Four days before my son was supposed to start daycare, Callie "ended our business relationship." Little tree staff is comprised primarily of college students and the turn over is constant. There are only a few employees that have been there for more than a few months. The inability to maintain staff is a direct reflection on the management and Callie's reputation as an employer is deplorable. Staff is reprimanded for expressing concern, they are paid poorly, and pay for their own CPR certification and trainings. In July 2018, my infant son and another child were left unattended in a stroller and the stroller rolled into Highland Boulevard. It took managment days to speak with my husband about it and after we agreed to a discount, staff arbitrarily stopped applying the discount. In fall 2018, the electricity at the facility was out and staff wanted to contact parents, but Callie refused them, likely out of fear she would have to refund payments. Also in 2018, two picnic tables were left in the parking lot after being painted. My husband accidentally damaged two tables. We acquiesced to buying new tables and the next week, four new tables arrived-- the price of which on Amazon was exactly what we paid for two tables. We aren't the only ones: we have friends that have left after trying to speak with callie about their concerns repeatedly with no changes, friends that have celebrated their children leaving little tree with champagne, friends that were billed after their child went to another daycare. The issues are systemic. The management is fundamentally flawed. This business will also be deficient as long as Callie glanzer remains involved.

All the teachers love having him, and he loves seeing them. Best of all, the children seem very happy and love Little Tree. It's very nice to know that he is in a caring environment with teachers who truly care while he isn't home. Their communication with parents is also excellent. I always appreciated knowing what was happening and their constant care and updates regarding the children. I recommend them wholeheartedly and I encourage anyone looking for quality childcare for your little one to check them out!

The curriculum and teachers work wonders, I've seen these preschool kids working at a first grade level. Its unfortunate the previous reviewer happened to arrive on an off day. I can guess when this happened because we've been using this daycare for years and there was a brief rough patch as a favorite teacher left (husband was relocated) and there were two others out sick. Aside from that brief time the daycare has run like clockwork and we are more than happy to be there.

They still had a calender up from 2011, she said she was "hanging up the new one today" (it's August!) there was a little girl in time out because she was throwing a "fit" the woman said to us "oh, ya she's throwing a fit, don't mind her" rather than either ignoring it or explaining that it's their policy to give alone time for those kids. Then, another employee (who didn't know we were there) started yelling at the little girl in a threatening manner. I walked out, but not before telling the woman that she needs to either fire or properly train the other worker and before telling her that I didn't appreciate her wasting our time, as she didn't have the information she said she would have ready for us. NO THANK YOU!!!!

EXCUSE ME. you JUST TOLD A MOTHER THAT YOU DON'T HAVE THEIR CHILD THAT YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO BE TAKING CARE OF. How dare you have any arrogance about this what so ever. My poor wife was terrified having thought our child had been kidnapped or something! The nasty person behind the counter was more interested with her vile arrogance than how a parent would feel hearing this. The reality was the paperwork was not filled out correctly by the staff there, so our daughter didn't 'appear' to be there. I was told this was normal!!!?? But again all the lady behind the desk cared obut was if she felt someone was being polite to her. I'd love to see how any mother on the planet would react after being told that the daycare centre looking after their child didn't have the child!!! DO NOT BE MISLEAD BY THIS BEING UNDER THE SAME ROOF AS SKI SCHOOL IN BIG SKY VILLAGE. IT'S A SEPARATE BUSINESS THAT OBVIOUSLY RUNS UNDER IT'S OWN DOESNT GIVE A SHIT SET OF RULES.
