I couldn't say enough GOOD about the store or associates. I had an issue with my computer (undetected by MalWare). When we turned on the computer, the associate immediately pointed out an icon at the top I hadn't noticed. He removed it (I watched...) and problem (spinning, delays...) went away instantly! Through remote access to my computer and printer, Hayden(a Ram technician) solved the problem in less than 20 minutes. The process was simple-I made an appointment on Thursday night, went to the shop on Friday morning and by Friday afternoon my phone was ready. Prices are not cheap, but they are fair and a lot better than buying a new phone. Service is excellent.
