Through remote access to my computer and printer, Hayden(a Ram technician) solved the problem in less than 20 minutes. I also have had discussions about upgrading my PC later this year to accommodate Windows 11, and Ram spent a great deal of their time and with tremendous patience educating and advising me. Without question customer service and satisfaction is important to the Ram technicians, and I fully intend to purchase a new system through them this fall. It is very good to be able to rely on the fairness and competence of a local business such as Ram Computer Services when a technical problem suddenly arises.

They are friendly and helpful. If I ask for their opinion on a movie, they give it and also make recommendations based on what kind of movie we are searching for. I feel that their prices are more than fair. They are a small business, not Netflix or Redbox so of course they can't afford to only charge $1 for a movie! One thing that they do offer is 7 day rentals, and if you return them the next day they give you $1 credit on your account towards your next movie. As to what the other reviewer said about no late fees, even redbox charges them! (They just call it the daily fee.) I hope this place sticks around, they are the authentic movie place in town!

Offered a mask to the repairman, and he said the Governor's 7/15 mandatory mask directive was a "suggestion" and not a requirement. I remarked that is incorrect. He turned, got in his truck, and drove off and said we can get our repair elsewhere. Don't understand why B & B is not masking service staff or communicating to customers that their service staff will not wear masks or facial coverings on service calls. Consumer beware!
