Belgrade Ace Hardware - I had a couple of bags of sunflower seeds from here and when I opened this one yesterday, it was full of moths and worms ! I took it in to exchange it for another one and was told that since I didn't have a receipt, they won't do anything about it. The manager also told me that their sunflower seeds will all get buggy if it isn't used within two weeks - like the bags in the store are all less than two weeks old??? She had a total f-you, don't-give-a-sh** attitude, she clearly didn't care and practically said that I was probably lying about it coming from there... At least Kenyon Noble, Lowe's and Home Depot aren't that far away. #belgradeace #belgradeacehardware Update: I spoke with Rob today and he saw the pics with all the worms and replaced the seeds for me. Everyone was really nice at the store tonight and several offered to help me find things.

Maybe get some facts before you start getting angry at people for no reason: Bobcat Discount Fireworks sets up in front of the store, not INSIDE of it. They ask permission, but that does not mean the Ace Hardware is responsible for how they act because they DO NOT work at Ace. Honestly, people like you are pathetic. You really think that lashing out is the way to go about things? What has happened to adults in this country now, acting like spoiled children? Our family has shopped through Kenyon Noble for everything we need home-improvement wise for decades, because we support the local businesses well over Lowe's or Home Depot. The staff at this particular store are overwhelmingly nice (in a great way)! Every time I visit, it's like they know me personally, in that they are friendly, engaging, and knowledgeable. Today, I visited to buy some ungodly bright pink spray paint to do some diy stuff for one of our daughters, and I seriously wish I'd checked the guy's name tag who was my cashier, because he was so friendly. He usually works in the paint department, has a shaved head, thin, and handsome (not being creepy; just specific). Anyway, he got to talking about the paint color, and we talked about our daughters, and he told me how he'd raised his own daughter on his own. He didn't tell me like "poor me", but just as a friendly conversation, but it really showed what kind of good guy he is--much like the rest of the staff. There was PLENTY of staff on-hand, which was awesome, and one of the managers passed another employee who was wearing a reflective vest (I assume he works with the lumber) and the manager cracked a joke at him, and they both laughed hard as they passed one another. It showed how much the management cares about its employees, which makes sense as to why they're all so friendly and seem to love their jobs. The prices are amazing, as well, and the store is ALWAYS well-stocked, organized, and clean. Love this store!! **EDIT, NEW VISIT** Yet another amazing experience at Kenyon Noble today. I frequent the store a lot more times than I write reviews, but today was just a great visit. I was greeted as I walked in, which is the norm for the store. Everyone was friendly, as always. As I was shopping, I noticed a line forming at the cash registers. Employees popped out of nowhere like ninjas to help out, with great attitudes, smiles, and with a sense of urgency. When I ended up checking out later on in my visit, I had four bungee cords in my cart. I knew when I put them in there, that they were gonna hook onto the bars of the cart when I went to check out. Sure enough, they did. I was joking about it with my cashier (a younger gal with long, black hair), and as I was, another woman, who was older than my cashier popped up (again, like a skillful ninja) and offered to help. Granted, I didn't need her help, but she was so attentive and paying attention to customers (like me) whom she wasn't even actively helping, yet she stepped in to help anyway. One HUGE thing I loved today was this (and this may be my favorite thing about Kenyon Noble)...I was looking at the flags, more zoning out than anything since we already have an American flag in front of our house. I noticed there was a big Bobcats flag for sale and NO GRIZ FLAGS!!! I loved it!!! Kenyon Noble stays true to its local values, and this is Bobcat country. LOVE IT! Go Cats!!!

It creeps gently backwards when in neutral until it meets any resistance and stops. but he advised if it was him he'd just operate it as is. Good advice. Ive never once had an issue with it. In 2022 I got full service package at the new location on West Main. Same gentle creep. 2024 I just got oil change. Same gentle creep. Today David the tool said he couldn't service it because of the brake creep. I checked with manager who informed me it was a liability. Too dangerous to put up on the lift. Except David had already told me he'd had it on the lift not once, but twice already. But it was too risky to change oil and sharpen blades. Zero common sense.
