Stopped in to pick up a couple of T-shirts. No face muzzle police at the door. They posted on the door that they honor disabled Veterans and Federal ADA legislation so that was very welcome. They also offered me a Veterans discount which is always appreciated. Their selection in my size was a little lean but I did find a couple of T's that I liked. Bought some clothes. The lady was super not friendly, and borderline rude. She seemed like she didn't want to talk or help our group.

After seeing the reviews I was skeptical about going in, but I'm glad we did. Best customer service ever. My husband and I were shopping and the lady at the register went above and beyond to make us feel at home. She gave us information on places to go eat and to shop downtown. She also shipped our items to our home so we didn't have to carry them on the plane. We will definitely be back! read more

I must say this is the worst Harley dealer i ever stepped foot in. I was traveling for Sturgis this year 2200 miles from home and needed a voltage regulator. I went and got it after a four-hour ride and when we went to install it the regulator seemed defective. I called the dealer to let them know and spoke to a Danny in parts and he was very rude to me and stated he has sold four this week and no one has complained about any of them. I hope Danny gets some lessons on customer service because he sucks at it. read more

This is a very unique dealership in design and service. These folks, Josh and Heidi, put customer service first and foremost and I will tell you that it pays off. My husband and I stop at every Harley dealership along our routes driving across country. I don't know how many we've been to so far, but we collect poker chips and shirts from each one. Our son travels with the USMC and picks up international dealership shirts for his dad. Hubby isn't attached to many material things, but his Harley shirts are one of those few things he treasures. He has a complete set of unworn shirts and one set he wears. He got some caulking on one he particularly likes that happens to be from Yellowstone Harley. He wasn't happy about that. I called the dealership and Heather helped me out. She was able to locate two of the same shirt in his size in two different colors. I bought them over the phone and honestly, forgot about them. Today they arrived. The replacement shirt was nicely packed with tissue next to a gift wrapped copy in a new color, but the really wonderful part is in the photo. A hand written note, a catalog, some pens, some decals, and information on memberships along with Ashley's business card and some more information. I get multiple packages a day. NEVER do I get anything with such a personal touch. Over the top. Loved it. It made my day. read more

This is by far the friendliest, most helpful, outstanding Harley Dealership I have ever been to...and I have been to A LOT of them. We were on our way back to Oregon from Sturgis, which had been a dream turned into a nightmare. We were bummed out, and exhausted. . .We pulled in when our kick stand broke. (we were using a bungee cord to hold it up.) They came right out to greet us, and told us they would take over from there. Someone showed us to the lounge where they had coffee and fresh popcorn, and our kick stand was fixed within 10 minutes. I also found my favorite shirt from the whole trip here (and it was the sale rack, to boot!) The bottom line is, we arrived tired and frustrated, and left in much better spirits...It truly restored my faith in Harley. . I wish I could give more than 5 stars. . .Thank you, Yellowstone Harley for remembering what it's about. read more

Love this dealership!! Yellowstone Harley still have a live person answering the phone! The Parts Department has old stuff, new stuff, and are very knowledgeable. If they don't have what you need...they will do their best to find it. The Service Department is top notch. They have well trained Mechanics that are very knowledgeable and competent. Unlike most Harley Dealerships, Yellowstone Harley still work on the older stuff and they actually know what they doing!! I cannot say enough good things about the Yellowstone HD dealership! I pulled into Bozeman late on August 1st and lost my back brake. Tough way to start a long solo bike ride. Went to the dealership the next morning at zero dark thirty with little hope that they would be able to fit me in. I unloaded everything, took off my saddlebags...and waited. And then Josh pulled in, went inside and I figured that I had an hour plus to wait. Not so much. He came out a little later and approached me, asking what was going on. He listened and didn't make any promises but took 'her' in the shop then, before the store even opened. They worked on her for awhile and Josh came back out and advised what they'd found (and didn't) and what they'd done and what I could realistically expect. Best of all...they didn't charge me an arm and a leg. Josh and the whole dealership went above and beyond and I cannot thank them ALL enough. Got my bike serviced after 5k of an 8k trip. Put new front and back tire on as well! Got there at 8:30 and they had me back on the road at 11:00! Great service for folks traveling! Highly recommend them! read more

My story begins with renting a motorcycle through Eagle Rider. After trying to reserve the Electra Glide over a month in advance, I was told by Eagle Rider that it was not available and would have to settle for the Road King. After a number of back and forth phone calls with Eagle Rider and Yellowstone HD, two of the rental personal from Yellowstone HD took the reigns and went the extra mile and more in order to accommodate my request and see to it that I was able to aquire the Electra Glide. The two individuals who made it happen for me ask not to be named and said that's how the whole " HD Family" works in that facility. No doubt it does!!! I was totally taken advantage of. I was passing through on my trip from N.E. Indiana when I have some charging problems. After 6 hours and 900.00 they said it was fixed. Broke down again on my way back through. They said it was fixed again and 200.00 more dollars. Broke down again in Chicago on my way home. Took it to my dealer and long story short 3000.00 total later found out they never changed any parts. They were nice to my face but I was alone way from home and at their mercy. read more
