We needed an oil change ASAP but had a loaded trailer attached to the vehicle and it was already late morning. After explaining the circumstances, we were able to bring in the vehicle, detach the trailer with some help, and get the oil changed before the end of the day. Having lived in Washington State several years ago, I always used Les Schwab and was extremely satisfied with their products and especially their service. I recently visited the new one in Bozeman looking to replace my tires. I had done some research and had two products in mind. It seemed the service agent couldn't care less about selling me a set of tires. When she told me they did not have my desired models on hand or available in their warehouses she did not even offer alternatives. I had to ask a series of questions to even get her to respond. We finally agreed on a set and I made an appointment to have them installed. I had a very uncomfortable feeling when I left the dealership...the tires seemed quite expensive and the customer service was severely lacking. I searched other dealers the next day and found the tires I wanted (much less cost wise) and canceled my order with Les Schwab. We just drove out here from NY and desperately needed snow tires for my son who is going to be working at a ski resort this winter. We didn't have an appt - I called from the car and they had one set of snows for his car, they were very reasonably priced and they took us as walk-ins. This is the second time I have gone for something besides a tire rotation or new tires. First time to get a nail taken out, 2nd time because tire light wouldn't go off! Both visits less than a 5 minute look at!! I was there today 3 1/2 hours, the other time 3 hours!! Should have a service so they can look at quick stop for customers! I never thought i would give Schwab a negative review.... Bought my fist set of tires 35" TSR's from schwab 21/22 years ago. I've been waiting for them to make the jump over the continental divide for nearly as long. Went to Bozeman location today. They don't have time to look into alignment issues and you can't schedule a time unless you schedule an alignment, rotation, or something that makes them money prior to the work you already know needs to be done. "We can't schedule a time to look at it because we don't have the staff." They schedule pretty much anything else.... Odd. I'm pretty sure I need ball joints but that was the game changer for them. Ill go back to butte, sammamish, chehalis, corvallis, newport, Eburg, Ephrata, Brighton, post falls, bonners ferry, Firestone, Moscow, just to name a few with better customer service and coordination.... So, another tireama company is gonna be the one to get me there.... they scheduled a time that works for us both no problem. I don't plan on using Bozeman schwab again and they likely lost my business on the whole. read more

I stopped in this evening with a tire that had very low pressure. They took my car in right away and checked it out. They discovered I had a small nail in my rear tire. After fixing this and placing air in the other tires they sent me on my way. I offered to pay and the6 did not charge me. The mechanic was named Alex and he was so sweet and nice to help me. I scheduled twice to have my vehicle winter tires put on, I dropped my vehicle off and left it at the Four Corners location and after 3hr & 3.5hr each time I returned to find my vehicle tire swap incomplete. (New location and typical new location confusion). So I took it to the Bozeman location and they installed the winter tires but didn't keep the correct tire orientation so the tire pressures weren't correct on my dash tire display, when my vehicle flashed the service tires warning I did a u-turn and took it back. They tried to do a "relearn" and told me I needed to drive 25 miles for the display to start working. After driving 60+ miles it will want reading pressure so I took it back to Four Corners where they properly performed the calibration and it finally worked. I then take the vehicle for an oil change 1 week later and am told the tires need rotated! L.S. put the more wore on the rear. All this was the cherry on top after I had two flats from nails and got L.S. tires that best matched the good factory tires, (less than 20k on truck). The L.S. tires wore faster than the not so great factory tires and within 25k miles on truck and on the new L.S. tires the wear bars were showing. L.S. said they couldn't verify if I paid for them and wouldn't warranty there tires, (rated over 40k tires). So, they wouldn't warranty their tires, caused me to wait over 7hrs to get a swap done, screwed up my vehicle tire calibration and caused another visit. L.S. "direct sources" their tires and won't let you know if it's manufacturer, Toyo,, Michelin, Goodyear, etc. It's thus difficult to know or review that tires compound and track record. Based on all this I can't recommend L.S. for tires or tire service. read more

Horrible service. It took 4 days to do a lift kit that the maker of the kit lists as 3.5 hour job and when I complained they told me I was getting a good deal. They never called me for anything I had to call them and at no point did I feel taken seriously. read more

I had a nail stuck in my tire which was causing a slow leak. I had never been here before so I didn't know what to expect. I parked and walked up to Brandon already holding the door open for me. They fixed the leak in the time frame I was quoted. They were very professional and efficient. I will definitely be returning when I need new tires. read more

We brought our truck in to have the front wheel bearing hub and ball joints and tie rods done based on a previous shop telling us we needed all that fixed except the hub. The previous shop wouldn't do an alignment without that all being fixed. We brought our truck les Schwab tires and was told the only thing bad was the hub and the rest was great no issues. And we didn't need the alignment either so they didn't charge us for that. Point is they were honest and saved us a ton of money and checked everything. The office guy and the mechanic were both super friendly and talked To me about everything that was done and got it all done in a few hours. We travel for work so this was a huge deal for us. I called for a quote on tires and was given 3 quotes with different options. It was quick, concise, and low pressure and made it so easy for me to make a decision. When I came in the employees treated me immediately and were very polite and professional even while being very busy. I ended up getting a flat a week later and had a 5 inch bolt in my tire. This is one of those places that want you to make an appointment weeks in advance, and then when you show up for the appointment they leave your vehicle sitting for over an hour before even starting to work on it. When I walked in your store was full of customers. I was greeted instantly by very friendly and helpful young lady that helped me setup a very convenient appointment this same day to get my tires rotated. The convenience of this appointment allowed me to get errands done while waiting in my time slot. By texting and allowing me 30 minutes to get to the location gave plenty of time. Not only did it not take long before I heard back. Upon returning they were at this time able to save me a second trip back to the store for getting my oil change by fitting my in. I am just so pleased with the wonderful customer service experience that I received from this location that I am looking forward to being a loyal customer.
