I recently visited the new one in Bozeman looking to replace my tires. I had done some research and had two products in mind. It seemed the service agent couldn't care less about selling me a set of tires. When she told me they did not have my desired models on hand or available in their warehouses she did not even offer alternatives. I had to ask a series of questions to even get her to respond. We finally agreed on a set and I made an appointment to have them installed. I had a very uncomfortable feeling when I left the dealership...the tires seemed quite expensive and the customer service was severely lacking. I searched other dealers the next day and found the tires I wanted (much less cost wise) and canceled my order with Les Schwab. Very disappointed in what had once been my 'go to' stores for tire services.
