The instant I walked in the store, I couldn't believe how gorgeous the actual kitchen cabinets were with just beautiful finishes that showed the quality and detail, second to none. If you can't afford to redo your kitchen cabinets, they had just incredible metal and wood islands that could temporarily satisfy your urge to redo your entire kitchen. i was totally blows away by the microwave that was below the counter but on a system that allowed you to barely touch it and it would open or shut. Stunning appliance, glassware and accessories were throughout the store. Stunning to say the least.

From the second I walked in the door, to the moment I left, the staff was knowledgeable, SUPER friendly and polite, ready to help and assist, and a pleasure to work with. I have found certain pieces for a little bit cheaper a few other places, but based on the customer service in those stores compared to Bobcat, this store deserves your business. They have been texting with me to work things out and have been super accommodating. I am definitely pleased with all of the interactions thus far, and I will definitely be returning to them for my furniture and home needs in the future. Customer service was the best experience we've had in town. Alonzo the owner and Jered the store manager are wonderful to work with; my husband and I have been furnishing our home and Jered had an encyclopedic knowledge of the materials, configuration options, and pricing for various pieces whether we were asking him about dining sets, mattresses, or couches. We ended up finding everything from the top of our list at Bobcat and will be excited to return for additional items as we get our home set up. Can't recommend them enough!

I dropped off a carpet cleaner to be repaired. I got an email stating that "customer refused…read moreservice". I called and left a message saying that I didn't refuse service. I was told they did a thorough cleaning and service and was not able to repair the machine. Here are some pictures from after their thorough cleaning. I called Vacuum City in Helena and they are fixing it for me. They felt that if Imperial Home Appliances had done a thorough cleaning it would have solved my problem. I now have a $30 credit at Imperial Home Appliances that I will never use.
