Art suggested changes to the existing layout that resulted in changing the primary staircase layout to the upstairs bedroom. The kitchen and bathrooms were completely remodeled as well. The workmanship throughout the house (especially the carpentry work) was superior. AA Craftsman developed a 6 month timeline, involving all subcontractors and it was followed very closely, resulting in a timely completion to the project. The product and actual install were fine, but the customer service after the fact were less than satisfactory....will not use this company again. I finally had a conversation with the company accountant who was pleasant, empathetic and did as much as her role would offer. This was a really poor experience.
