The tech never showed up, zero correspondence, no updates. At 6pm that night I got a text that my appointment would be rescheduled for 20 days later. Unbelievably disappointing and unfortunate. I dropped off a carpet cleaner to be repaired. I got an email stating that "customer refused…read moreservice". I called and left a message saying that I didn't refuse service. I was told they did a thorough cleaning and service and was not able to repair the machine. Here are some pictures from after their thorough cleaning. I called Vacuum City in Helena and they are fixing it for me. They felt that if Imperial Home Appliances had done a thorough cleaning it would have solved my problem. I now have a $30 credit at Imperial Home Appliances that I will never use.

It has a 5 year warranty. I had my neighbor who can fix anything look at it, and he had it fixed and working great in about 20 minutes. I will never do business with this place again, and.
