I dropped off a carpet cleaner to be repaired. I got an email stating that "customer refused…read moreservice". I called and left a message saying that I didn't refuse service. I was told they did a thorough cleaning and service and was not able to repair the machine. Here are some pictures from after their thorough cleaning. I called Vacuum City in Helena and they are fixing it for me. They felt that if Imperial Home Appliances had done a thorough cleaning it would have solved my problem. I now have a $30 credit at Imperial Home Appliances that I will never use.
