Also, BMS reduced their workers insurance coverage and no longer moves any items to clean under like the original owners did. And the new owners aren't forthright in telling you it's under new management. It's "oh, the system has been upgraded, let's get your information put back in" when you call to schedule as a repeat customer of Dave's.
