We decided last minute to move into a new rental and Bobby was so helpful during the whole process. Despite the stress and chaos of deciding to move a family of eight on a whim, Bobby was able to make the whole process smooth and seamless. He was punctual, patient, methodical, and very pleasant to work with all around. The only positive thing I have to say is that the movers were nice and nothing was broken in the move. The negatives were that they showed up 1.5 hours late and what should have been a 5.5 hour drive took them at least 10 hours. I got conflicting stories as to why it took them so long. One person told me it was because they got pulled over by DOT and another told me the truck broke down and they had to switch vehicles. Since I didn't want them arriving between 10:30 pm and 11pm they ended up unloading the next day. I was still charged the full amount of $2,300 despite everything and was told it was "flawless". read more

Packing and moving: did great with moving, very quick. Unfortunately, several tables were broken, but one could be repaired. Very nice, kind, responsive, could work on their own. Their worst service was packing; they were very disorganized; most of the boxes were labeled, but there were different things in the boxes than what was listed. They did not always come on time, but did call. They quoted a price, but then raised it near the end. It took about 5 days (if I remember correctly). Every night, I took them to Montana Ale for dinner which was always late, because they would work so long. I would hire them again but supervise their packing. I have some very expensive furniture (for me expensive) like loveseats 5k+. I do not think they realized that some of these pieces were very valuable. I gave them a LazyBoy reclining loveseat and they removed it promptly. They purchased all the boxes so many of them were large and extra large which they handled very easily but were hard for me to move when I was done moving. Moving is never an easy venture, add COVID and it's even tougher. I had to make a very fast move out of Bozeman into Big Sky and I called every mover I could in town. BERG was available and would abide by wearing masks and gloves. These guys are GREAT! They showed up on time, moved out all the furniture in one day and were able to set it up in the new home. Since we had already moved all the smaller stuff earlier it made the whole job much faster and they were super careful with everything. Very reliable I called them again for a quick job a few weeks later and they fit us in to their schedule again. read more

We called Berg Movers to help get a 400 lb. heavy bathtub up to our upstairs bathroom. They were able to fit us in same day! Bobby and his crew are a great team and worked with us to safely get this bathtub upstairs. No damage to anything and anyone. These guys are awesome! Professional, competitive rates, and friendly. Also, strong enough to lift what you need moved. They packed my I haul like they were playing Tetris. Any other company, I would have needed another truck. They come with supplies, knowing the mover isn't always as prepared as they think they are. I have used other companies, but none were as good. Communications were poor. Like who doesn't live on a cell phone and how hard is it to send a text message. I waited for days to confirm that their crew would arrive, and after no response, I had hired someone a friend recommended as a "back up plan." Well, they did confirm less than 24 hrs, but were ultimately short handed, and I called "my guy" anyway because they only showed up with two crew who could not handle the load. Add to the mix, NO, nobody wore a mask unless I insisted. After they crew was struggling for hours, and I gave specific instructions where things would go, "Bobbie" shows up, doesn't even introduce himself, then has the audacity to complain that I am not around and making inefficient use of their time (I had a private phone call from a client at work and stepped away for 10 minutes). Like I really needed his attitude. I was aghast he was schooling me, like who is paying for his services !! I moved several times, and by far, this was the worst. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. read more

Bobby and his team are exceptional. They work hard and are ultra efficient. They also come with a very positive attitude and they enjoy working together as a team. We needed some help in a pinch, and Bobby was able to make it all happen. They also take extremely great care of all items during transport and in-home movement. Highly recommended! read more

Excellent company. Very professional. They went above & beyond what I expected. I had a project moving an antique piano & furniture from the garage back into my house & they not only treated our antiques with care, as the morning progressed it was clear there was a larger job than I originally planned.
