He was punctual, patient, methodical, and very pleasant to work with all around. If you're looking for a moving company that works hard, takes the time and care to ensure your belongings get from point A to point B safely, and has unmatched expertise, then I would highly recommend BERG Movers! One person told me it was because they got pulled over by DOT and another told me the truck broke down and they had to switch vehicles. Since I didn't want them arriving between 10:30 pm and 11pm they ended up unloading the next day. I was still charged the full amount of $2,300 despite everything and was told it was "flawless".

Moreover, he drove over the mountain pass with a trailer, right after an unexpected snowstorm, to take care of this for me and maintain the original appointment time I had set with the seller.
