The crew was professional in every way. The each introduced themselves to me, they were polite and very hard workers, wrapping and loading each piece with expertise and respect. Two very large pieces had to be moved from a second story over a balcony. The movers used their climbing equipment and the pieces were put down using slings and ropes. Each piece delicately wrapped. It was amazing to watch, realizing how they worked together as a team. I also appreciated their respect for the company and each other, never disputing each other, and also no swearing or loud music as is the case with so many landscapers, painters, construction workers.
