The crew was professional in every way. The each introduced themselves to me, they were polite and very hard workers, wrapping and loading each piece with expertise and respect. Two very large pieces had to be moved from a second story over a balcony. The movers used their climbing equipment and the pieces were put down using slings and ropes. Each piece delicately wrapped. It was amazing to watch, realizing how they worked together as a team. I also appreciated their respect for the company and each other, never disputing each other, and also no swearing or loud music as is the case with so many landscapers, painters, construction workers. He was punctual, patient, methodical, and very pleasant to work with all around. One person told me it was because they got pulled over by DOT and another told me the truck broke down and they had to switch vehicles. Since I didn't want them arriving between 10:30 pm and 11pm they ended up unloading the next day. I was still charged the full amount of $2,300 despite everything and was told it was "flawless".

Moreover, he drove over the mountain pass with a trailer, right after an unexpected snowstorm, to take care of this for me and maintain the original appointment time I had set with the seller.
