Cristina and her excellent team have cared for our home for over 4 years. The first time she came to estimate and do an initial cleaning, she came alone and said she would need all day. (our home is 4,000+sq ft., full basement, etc.) So my husband and I left for the day. When we returned, it was astounding! Our home literally sparkled. She has had our business ever since. Cristina is flexible, considerate, responsible and always has done a great job. Oh, and we have a Golden Retriever that deposits a bit of hair and footprints now and again and she NEVER complains, always does a fabulous job. She will use whatever cleaning products you prefer, but her products are professional and we agreed on everything. She is careful with knick knacks, pays attention to detail and is polite and responsive. You will not be disappointed!! Extraordinary Cleaning does a fantastic job, and my wife and I (and 2 dogs!) are so happy to have found them. Cristina is a great communicator, and she and her team arrive on time, do a fantastic job cleaning, and are just very pleasant people who are easy to work with. We have two dogs who are regularly outside in the dirt, mud and snow, and when the team is done cleaning, you'd never know we even have dogs. I trust them to be in my house whether I'm there or not, and I appreciate their hard work and high standards. And, I've only observed positive and respectful conversation and interaction between Cristina and her team. Cristina and team are great! They have been our cleaners for around half a year now, coming twice a week. They are always on time, have very good attention to detail, and unlike other cleaning services we've used, it's always the same team working in our house. You can tell that Cristina really likes cleaning and making her clients' living spaces shine - she manages the business and does a significant portion of the cleaning herself. Hello! Their cleaning services are spectacular and very impressive. They are very open and receive constructive criticism well.
