She worked with us to help narrow down what was available and align that with exactly what we wanted. End result, she got the sink to us super fast and with more than enough time to spare before our install. Not to mention, it looks great. Although they were fully paid, we STILL haven't received our dishwasher. They have made three different delivery attempts - they delivered the wrong color twice, and the door was bent and broken on the third attempt. Despite the issue with the dishwasher, the real issue is the horrid customer service. They say they will call you back in 10 minutes, but then they don't call at all. They just don't care about their customers, and it shows.

The breaker to our hot tub kept tripping, though the hot tub repair guy determined that there was no short at the hot tub. Consequently, the problem was narrowed to a faulty breaker. i called Emerald out of the blue (got their phone number online), right before closing on a Friday afternoon. There was little on the breaker or the box to distinguish the part. With me standing at the breaker box, Mark suggested that I send a picture and started asking me questions. Just minutes after hanging up the phone so Mark could sleuth out the part, he had zeroed in on what I needed. The breaker turned out to be very specialized and unique. Neither Mark, nor his suppliers, had the part in stock. In checking online, it became apparent to Mark that part was in short supply. He found one of the few in existence on Amazon. Rather than putting himself in the middle of the transaction and charging me a commission for his knowledge, he simply gave me the part number and advised me to go to Amazon. Turns out that in a simple customer service interaction that didn't even end with a transaction between us, Mark restored my faith in humanity... I would do business with Emerald anytime!
