Blair is courteous, friendly, responsive, and trustworthy. We had an issue a few years back with some wiring in conduit. Blair assessed the problem and fixed it at no charge. I can always trust him to do the right thing. He donates time to causes like Habitat for Humanity and Last Chance Public Radio, and he and his wife Gretchen are long-time members of the community.
