After hearing all my concerns and ideas, he suggested something that I hadn't thought of and that was a mini split. I had no idea that you could get a system that worked from the outside of the house that both cooled in the summer and heated in the winter in one unit! We ended up not getting the water heater from him, but we did get the mini split, one in the living room and one in the bedroom, and they work very well. Not quite as good maybe, as a forced air system, but certainly better and more quietly that large window air conditioners, which I previously had. What a relief!! I didn't know these mini splits even existed. Thanks for the heads up James, and thanks for helping us!

We were having an issue with our AC during the hot spell in July. Fortunately we were able to get…read morescheduled in less than 24 hours. Technician showed up promptly at scheduled time, conducted a very thorough inspection of the AC components. He was not able to identify a specific issue, however the capacitor was a bit out of spec, so had him replace it since the unit was already disassembled. The issues I have with the service is 1. No report of the tests done and findings during or after service other than verbally.2. We were charged $240 to install the $30 part and the unit was already tore down from the inspection.

I was extremely grateful to discover that I qualified for a VA program that would allow me to get split heating/cooling units in my home to improve my quality of life. AMP ONE initially seemed like a good company and was willing to work with my situation and the VA. Fast forward 9 months of me playing project manager with the VA and AMP ONE, I finally got us to the finish line and all Nick had to do was fill out basic paperwork, which myself and the VA regional manager offered to help him with. After I contacted him about missing signatures and information on the paperwork I was told via email, "I am over this get someone else". I offered again to help with the paperwork in hopes that he would reconsider so I can spend summers pain free and improve my quality of life. The response I got was, "I wouldn't worry about it I'm kinda over it. You might want to find someone else. It seems too much trouble". If it is too much to ask you to take the few hours out of your life to help someone be able to spend more time with their family that they missed over years because, "I've got about 8 other jobs... and I don't have to do a 10th of this." than good on you. If anyone knows a true Veteran friendly AC business and one that just does not give lip service, please let me know.

Bill arrived in the mail and it was for over $150 for the follow up visit, including exorbitant charges for very minor parts. All Season did a small adjustment to my bill when I complained, but still charged me 4x what this minor, optional part was quoted to me to begin with. Be very cautious when dealing with them. I will go elsewhere in the future!
