After hearing all my concerns and ideas, he suggested something that I hadn't thought of and that was a mini split. I had no idea that you could get a system that worked from the outside of the house that both cooled in the summer and heated in the winter in one unit! We ended up not getting the water heater from him, but we did get the mini split, one in the living room and one in the bedroom, and they work very well. Not quite as good maybe, as a forced air system, but certainly better and more quietly that large window air conditioners, which I previously had. What a relief!! I didn't know these mini splits even existed. Thanks for the heads up James, and thanks for helping us!

We were having an issue with our AC during the hot spell in July. Fortunately we were able to get…read morescheduled in less than 24 hours. Technician showed up promptly at scheduled time, conducted a very thorough inspection of the AC components. He was not able to identify a specific issue, however the capacitor was a bit out of spec, so had him replace it since the unit was already disassembled. The issues I have with the service is 1. No report of the tests done and findings during or after service other than verbally.2. We were charged $240 to install the $30 part and the unit was already tore down from the inspection.

They asked me to clear a path to a door to get the old heating unit out, which I did, and they just went an entirely different way and knicked up my wall. He called before arriving, to confirm visit. Wanted to diagnose our AC unit, even though it wasn't a service call. Determined the capacitor was bad and compressor was not repairable. Checked our furnace and gave us a quote. I asked when and he wanted to confirm a cancellation early the next week. Called us and offered to replace our system Tuesday. Yep, Tuesday sent a message they were coming at 9 am. Nick and his technicians arrived on time and finished replacing our HVAC system by 5 pm. Very professional crew, courteous, and never stopped till the job was done. Clean up everything and hauled it away. I offered to give him a 5-star recommendation, but he said 4-star got more attention. So, here's the 4-star for an excellent installation. Highly recommended. And, he billed his quoted price.
