I dropped off a carpet cleaner to be repaired. I got an email stating that "customer refused service". I called and left a message saying that I didn't refuse service. I was told they did a thorough cleaning and service and was not able to repair the machine. Here are some pictures from after their thorough cleaning. I called Vacuum City in Helena and they are fixing it for me. They felt that if Imperial Home Appliances had done a thorough cleaning it would have solved my problem. I now have a $30 credit at Imperial Home Appliances that I will never use. read more

I have been going here for 15 years. The old owner was fantastic and wonderful. Took care of everything in the best way ever. However, the new owner not so much. I bought a new vacuum in January . It never did work right. The new owner told me I would have to put down a deposit to have him look at it. 30.00. Then I would have to pay for labor to fix it. It has a 5 year warranty. I had my neighbor who can fix anything look at it, and he had it fixed and working great in about 20 minutes. I will never do business with this place again, and. I don't recommend it at all. Excellent customer service. Staff always willing to help. Great product knowledge, excellent selection of vacuum cleaners- Miele, including accessories. Great if you need a part ASAP, rather than waiting for a piece to be shipped. Also on the spot repairs if needed. I stumbled over my very old, but reliable Miele and it stopped working properly with a "dislocated" cover, plus the cord wouldn't retract. David at All About Vacuums was super great! I brought it in at 11:00am thinking I wouldn't see it for weeks due to parts or a shipment delay. I have a shedding Labrador retriever so living without my vacuum was not something I looked forward to. Worse, I thought I might need to buy a new one! He said he'd work with it while I ran to an appointment. When I returned the same day at 1:00pm, he had it fixed!! Super great service, polite and professional and the charge was basically non-existent :o). I highly recommend All About Vacuums for any service you need. I have shopped there for years for vacuum bags, and various parts I've needed over the 18 years I've lived in the area. Don't take anything in for repair or you will be ripped off. I was quoted 250$ for a new cord and a couple filters. Of course they kept the 30$ deposit when I said no thanks. read more

I just picked up my 20-year old Simplicity vacuum after it received a through servicing: new belt, filter, light, cord, hose, brushes and bag. It looks and runs like new. I'm so glad I didn't buy a new machine at four times the cost of service. I fully expect my American-made vacuum to last me many more years. I highly recommend All About Vacuums. read more
