He had the new freezer, a Frigidaire, delivered the very next day so that we wouldn't suffer a food loss. Several days later I wanted ice cubes and found that the freezer had heated up to 66 degrees! All of the food had spoiled. A process then started in order to ascertain the problem and replace the freezer. Mark and Johnson Brothers were again great. A technician arrived the next day and said the freezer couldn't be fixed. Frigidaire in comparison, gave me a day they would sent a technician, who never came, evidently the repair company had closed...wait for it...8 months previously. They wouldn't replace the freezer until a technician they sent said it couldn't be repaired. Frigidaire wanted to fix the freezer rather than replace it. Another day. When the technician came he said the freezer couldn't be fixed. Mark was even able cover the food loss. The entire time Mark was very supportive. I feel the value of a company is truly felt when there is a problem and am very grateful for the service I received.

They…read moresent out two kids (clearly not licensed plumbers which is requirement for any appliance install involving water and electricity). Three weeks later we noticed the floors buckled in the kitchen. They didn't even bother to get the hose fitting tight! I called and they sent out some company that put a fan with some painters tape around the area and left! Short story: They refused to report the issue to their insurance. Blew me off for DAYS! I'd call back into the office and ask for a manager and never was able to speak with one. Poor sap management makes deal with these situations said, "I've talked with 'them' and they aren't going to report it to our insurance.'" Talk to enough people and they have gone through the same ordeal with Johnson Brothers. That's why they wouldn't report it to their insurance. We had no choice but to file a claim with our insurance and the same day had Sierra James out here. Kitchen and laundry room DESTROYED! We had to move out of our house for 8 months. Took two weeks to find a furnished house for rent. Complete nightmare putting our house back together. Try dealing with insurance these days.....even when it's not your fault. That alone took years off my life. Took a couple months to get them to refund the dishwasher and had to FIGHT to get the install charge refunded. "The installation is not refundable." Seriously, you can't make this stuff up. Not a single apology throughout. Not until I asked for an apology did I get the 'I already did, you just aren't listening'. Worst company and people I've ever dealt with......and that's saying a lot these days. One year later, we are finally done with all this crap. Our insurance subjugated the claim against JBs insurance and won. Our deductible is finally coming back to us. Do yourself a favor and go to Lowe's. The founder died. His son took over and died. Now, the grandkids took over and have nothing but a fancy website with empty slogans and values and promises of commitment and integrity. It's total bullshit.

    So, after many years my electric stapler failed in the middle of a job…read more I have been a loyal Home Depot customer several decades. I am no rookie, so I looked up a replacement stapler and store shows 3 in stock. I drive the 25 miles to my local store to buy more insulation rolls and a new staple gun. Can't find the gun in the listed location so I ask one of the help to find it. The person says "yes we show 3 and I will get one for you." Why wasn't it restocked on the shelf? So I go get the insulation and it is still in the isle not unpacked or restocked either. Mind you, it is sitting in the isleway still banded and shrink wrapped. I cut the banding and shrink wrap and get the insulation lodes on the cart to return to the tool section and get the tool. Oops, the box does not contain the tool but something else. No other options possible except an electric stapler kit at twice the price. Ok, I buy it and it is dead on arrival when I try it at home. If management reads this, the moral to the story is instead of the staff standing around, get them to restock the empty shelves in a timely manner so the isles are clear and mistakes in inventory are discovered timely. I need up getting the stapler at a local Ace hardware that was actually closer to my home.

Never seem to have a good selection in many items. I guess will shop alternative stores/or Amazon in the future to save on a 30 mile drive only to not have products needed. Very disappointed .

Not only did he do that... but when I mentioned I wanted 10 more bags of soil and 5 more of mulch... and would come back for them later... he took it on himself to go and get all 15 bags in 2 deliveries and to help me load my car. He radioed for help 3 times as the soil was placed high. When most folks had gone home for the night, he made sure to get me the soil and searched for it on a couple of trips. Then he apologized it took so long. Really, it wasn't long, at all. I thanked him and he told me it wasn't even his department. He works in flooring. As I drove away, I saw him helping another family in the gardening section. Kindness abounds. Love Lowes. I continually have positive experiences with them and their team and it made my night.

I first sent an email, and a week went by without any response. After following up, I was asked for additional model information, which I immediately provided. A week later, I was told the replacement part was not available. I then found a replacement keyboard online and asked if it would work. The answer was yes, but only if a special tool was used, and they do not have this tool. Response received: "That would work, if I had the equipment to heat mold the keyboard in. Unfortunately, the keyboard is attached with melted plastic, not screws, so it requires special equipment. I would need the entire palmrest/upper case to do the repair." Communication was slow, and there was little expressed interest in completing the repair I need.. ASUS has also not been helpful. The result is that I have a 2-year-old laptop that is close to unusable because of a non-functioning "E".
