If I could give less than a star I would! We were here for Halloween night; my boyfriend, my bestfriend and I. We waited in line. When we pulled up to the entrance the man who was charging entrance told us it was $15 per person. In which I asked again , "15?" He said yes. Therefore we charged one of our cards for what was supposed to be $45. He then told us the card didn't go through. So my friend put his card, just in case; and it went through. None of us were offered a receipt or shown the price we were getting charged. So we get our stamps. And then as soon as we walk past them and get our stamps the notification came in on our phone and we realize that the first person got charged $136.97 & My best friend who put his card in second got charged $43.03. So then we ask the bouncer, how much the entrance was and he says $50. In which I told him, the guy said $15 and confirmed it was $15. He said no it was $50. So we were like no we were told something else. He said if you want a refund you have to wait here, which was beside him by the entrance; In which we said no problem we will wait. We didn't even move past 5 feet of where we were charged waiting for a manager to come help us. In which came Vinny Martinez "or so we hope it t was his real name, because he hesitated to tell us" we explained to him the situation and he told us "we can't do anything but give you a drink voucher for the three of you" I told him we didn't want voucher. We were just charged $180 to come in when we were told it would be $45. We simply wanted our refund and we wanted to leave because the price we paid was not the price we were told. When we started telling him to check cameras, that we hadn't even moved 5ft past where we got charged, he said it would have taken him a whole day to check cameras. I asked if he was a manager, in which he said he was. I told him me and my boyfriend were also managers and that checking CCTV WASNT that hard. He said "I don't have the time to deal with checking for you guys." Then started saying "do you guys want to drink or not? Because thats all I can offer you guys vouchers to drink." We didn't want drinks. Therefore we told him we don't need drinks. We don't want to be here. We just want our refund to leave. He said he couldn't do that and if we were going to be difficult he was going to call security. I let him know that if he wasn't going to be helpful we were going to leave on our own and we were going to call our banks to dispute the transactions, in which he said "I don't give a fuck do that!" So then we walked out, asked for his name 3x until he told us "Vinny" in which we asked "what's your last name" he said Martinez. And we walked away: This was such a horrendous experience. We saw beso from TikTok and stood in line for a cool minute. If there was even a SIGN notice g how much entrance was it would have solved many issues. But there wasn't. And we asked whoever was charging us and we heard "15" twice. So therefore we went through it. Before we fully entered, we saw the charges, and we questioned it. Vinny was extremely unprofessional and absolutely shouldn't be handling a business that relies on customer service. He does not know how to deescalate a situation and solve an Issue that can benefit both the customer and the business. He was rude and consistently tried to find an excuse to say that we were being hostile. Tomorrow I will be requesting to speak to someone above him and we also have already contacted our banks. I absolutely DO NOT recommend coming to this spot: they're overprice! Just walk around the corner and go to Joseph's!! They never let us down!! read more

Bartenders were sweet! Dance floor was tiny. The main reason for the 3 stars, is due to the fact that I had asked the security if it was okay to step out to smoke and come back in, he said yes. So I'm outside with my boyfriend smoking and I overhear the manager or someone of authority tell the security guards "no one should be coming out here, they can't come back in". So I go and address the manager or whoever tf he was and ask if we can go back in, and he's like no (very dismissive). He asks for our hand stamps, my boyfriend had his, however due to my Halloween costume the security at the entrance couldn't give me a stamp (since I had a top that was connected to gloves). I even asked the entrance security like are you sureeeeeee you can't stamp me somewhere else and he was like yeah you're fine, I'll still let you back in. Anyways I let the manager be aware of this story and once again he wasn't cooperating and being dismissive. I then approach the security that let us out to smoke (in front of the manager) & asked him if he did or did not let us out and he said yes he did allow us to smoke outside and come back in. The manager then proceeds to walk away and close the door on us when the security guard clearly vouched for us and for his error. The security guard looks at us apologetic and with disbelief. Overall the ambiance was ok. It's definitely more of a Latino club which I'm all for! I wish the music wasn't as repetitive because I probably heard some songs at least 3-4 times it just kind of seemed like a playlist on repeat at that point. The security is just not it. 1. They're not nice, I guess they're trying to set a tough guy act which is cool but also don't be a dick when I ask a question. And it wasn't just one security it was most. If anything out of all the ones there only two were nice. There was an incident where there was this guy who REAKED of weed and alcohol (not an employee rather a customer) and would continuously grab females and not let them go including myself and my partner had to intervene MULTIPLE times because he was just so stubborn. He was definitely under the influence and I waived down a security guard SEVERAL times and all they did was "talk" to him.. HOW BOUT YOU KICK HIM OUT? I wasn't the only one complaining about him, several went to security and security just let him continue groping women. Those who say this club is great are probably the ones who get away with this behavior or are too drunk to see what's going on around them this club's security is very unprofessional, definitely didn't feel safe or secured. They definitely need better training or just new employees. Entrance fee was $30 and went up to $65 later in the evening. Honestly not worth it. You can have a better time somewhere else and security can make you feel protected. Definitely wouldn't recommend and I will not be coming back. read more
