I have been sitting at my table for 40 minutes while the server in the back did not acknowledge me, didn't tell me she'd be back with us, start us with water nothing. In fact as soon as I got up to leave she look me dead in the face and told another party she had a table for two. In fact other tables that showed up 20 minutes after us got helped by her too. We were in the area for Havana Nights and decided to drop in for dinner. The spot is esthetically sleek with edgy interior design that creates an engaging dinner experience. The staff and our waitress were so welcoming, attentive, and polite. Their knowledge of the menu just added another layer of enjoyment to our evening and dining experience. Now for the food, the spot has a great Happy Hour menu that includes a choice of several food items, a drink, or beer, or a signature Tequila drink for $14. I had the tacos and they were very good, my wife had the burger and loved it. The food is above average for a bar, affordable, and delicious. This place 0 stars 10/04/2025 Security Guards 0 stars. My phone was stolen out of my bag. My tracking device showed person on dance floor..Security laughed at my face and said they couldn't do anything about it. I had to file a police report. It's a couple who pretends to dance but they're just looking to see who their next victim might be and pretend to accidentally dance too close and will open your bag and get your phone! Not too sure why this place gets so many negative reviews! I know exactly what I'm coming here for and I always get it. The service from the bartenders is quick and direct if you know how to get their attention. The dance floor is always a vibe and my girl and I always make friends here. There are other bars/clubs in walking distance if you're not feeling Joseph's, which makes it a great starting/ending point. My friends and I came here and none of us are heavy drinkers. One of our friends started throwing up and we assumed it was the alcohol. A few hours later multiple sober people started vomiting. We only had fries and nachos so one of those dishes has subpar sanitary standards that created food poisoning in multiple folks in my party. Will not be returning. read more

We were having a good time, then the older Asian bartender tried STEALING my friends card. He was saying that they never handed him a card and we had to go through the bartender we gave the card to then took the drinks and dumped them. My friend explained we gave it to him and he told us "no, I have never done business with you." He then brought over cards from the machine and said he only has these two white cards which weren't his. A person next to us said they saw him slide the card in his back pocket and he was asking for another card from my friend. I called security over and all of a sudden he found my friends card and gave it to him. Sketchy and scammy. Be careful with these staff. Hello everyone. I went out to this place not to long ago and I was having a good time meeting the staff that worked there. One in particular she was pretty awesome. I won't ever be going back there because I was dancing having a good time and all of a sudden my phone was gone. Someone told me my backpack was opened. So someone intentionally opened up my bag and took my phone out. The DJ was only able to announce it but no one obviously took it back. I wasn't the only one that lost her phone that night it happened to several people so if you do decide to go to this place , please be out on the look out for loosers who need to steal your phone. Came here because my friend wanted to go dancing. Music is good but the place SMELLS. As soon as we walked in, it smelled like pine-sol cleaner. Then once you're out on the dance floor dancing, it's a mixture of body odor and farts. Yuck! Yuck! Yuck! Once we left, there was a line of people waiting to get in. Couldn't believe it. All the tables are reserved for bottle service. Drinks: my friends ordered drinks and they didn't even fill them up to the rim. Okay so, this was my second time coming here and it sucked again. I spent 25 mins trying to get the bartenders attention but she was to busy talking to her coworkers , she knew we were there she just didn't care . She's short with a bob and blonde streaks . I also think it had to do with me having a black boyfriend I felt disrespected. Which is dumb cuz he would've dropped so much money. I have been going to this bar since 2017, and it was always a great place to go to have fun! But lately it has been really bad, the drinks and music are not as good anymore, and the restrooms are always a mess. They used to have a lady who worked in the restroom and kept it all clean and nice but I am not sure what happened because she's no longer there, what a shame. Recently I had a bad experience with another customer there, she pushed our table intentionally and spilled a drink on me. After I tried confronting her in front of the security, even though she was in the wrong the security defended the other customer because they were friends of the owner, so it doesn't matter if I spend time and money at this establishment obviously their "friends" get to take advantage of everyone in there. Which is also wrong. Unfortunately I don't plan on going back to this place if it continues to be unsafe and unclean. read more

Going to Joseph's is always a great time! They have great food, great drinks and great music. Place does get ready busy and crowded during the weekends, but not complaining. I love how local it is to me, so whenever I'm in a mood for a drink and dancing I know to always go to Joseph's. They also have an outside bar on Fridays and Saturdays which is amazing because the inside does get crowded and no need to wait in line. Waiters, bartenders and other staff are very nice! read more

Finally tried this place out a few nights ago because some people have told me good things about it, but reviews said otherwise. Main concern was customer service and I saw what they were talking about. I'm not one to usually make an essay about restaurant experience, but for this one I needed to. First off, they are handling the COVID situation really well, taking temperature at the door, give you hand sanitizer before entering, really nice outdoor seating. Food was pretty good, only got appetizers but the buffalo tots and michis were great. Giving this place 3 stars tho due the to the service. We were waiting a cool while for someone to take our order when we sat down. Felt like almost 10 mins. Serving the food and drinks took a while too, even just for appetizers. Also messed up our orders TWICE. Got mozzarella sticks and they brought me another basket of tots instead. Also when my friend ordered her 2nd michi, the waitress put it too close to the edge and it fell off the table while I was on my phone. The table next to me even said it fell on its own and just slid off the table? Maybe due to the table being on uneven pavement. Luckily the extra tots and michi were not charged and the only customer service I received that I was extremely satisfied with was from the busboy bringing our dishes and cleaning up the spilled drink. Very respectful, helpful young man. I understand how some places are hectic rn w Covid so I was trying to be empathetic w the waitresses (since it looked like there was only 2), but there were like 3 guys "managing" the door and it didn't click to anyone to maybe help out the ladies or check on guests since we were frustrated about our wait time to take our order, be served, and get the check. Came here on a Saturday to celebrate a friend's birthday & wow it was so much fun !! The music was great they played all music genres. We ordered drinks with the bartender outside she was very nice and attentive I believe her name was Priscilla, she also helped us ordered pizza which was really good. Honestly not much I could really say about this place. I found this place out through Instagram. It is completely different from what I saw through insta. Drinks are a complete hit or miss but mostly miss, some drinks are super weak like the cucumber margarita, while others like the Paloma taste like acid with soda water. I did not get the chance to try the main food but the appetizers were okay we got some wings, tots, and calamari, all of which weren't good but weren't bad either. Ah! I really didn't t want to write this review. But for all fairness I think I should. On April 6th, 2021 my friends and I came to celebrate a friends birthday (Party of 4) . I asked our waitress ASHLEY if there's a way we can sing happy birthday to a friend and she responded with -"all I can do is a shot".. which is understandable being every place has a different way of celebrating birthdays. Minutes later, an entire group of Joseph's staff comes singing happy birthday with lights and a happy birthday banner to the table next door. I never understood why that table was more special than ours.. maybe if they had some type of bottle services it would had made some sense. Separately, our check arrives totaling $425!! The waitress ASHLEY adds an automatic $69.66 tip, and when she was questioned about the tip portion she answered with "18% is required with a bill over 300$". ( never heard of that!!) As it is, I was already extremely upset with the unfairness surrounding us and now ASHLEY decides to uphold a policy I was never aware or perhaps against the law, pathetic!! At the end of it all, the manager offered a 20 % discount (which was the tip) LOL and insisted for us to take a shot with him in which was denied. All we wanted to share was the unfairness and inconsistency within the customer. Moral of it all; be consistent. Be fair. be honest.. and audit ASHLEY! Was excited to try this place but not returning. Service sucked, even though the girl was friendly. It took 30+ min to get through each round. We ordered 4 rounds & surpassed the 2 hr limit forsure. Now we completely respect new policies however the waitress was lagging on each drink not even able to catch a good buzz in between. Waitress letting us keep ordering & the security Jason kept coming up to us w/ passive aggressive comments even telling us we has 30 minutes left prior to the limit. Came up to us about 4x saying he gave us extra time etc like he wanted a pat on the back. Again, we respect the rule but the waitress is literally telling us we could SO I'm sensing huge miscommunication between their own staff and ultimately not our fault. We then receive the check w/ 5 rounds charged & confirmed it was 4. She laughed cutely & just said no it was 5 "that's how you know you had a great time" I can assure you we didn't, having to wait over 30+min for a drink. Impossible to get wasted. If I could leave a 0, I would. We went to Joseph's at 0120 and you can see that by the time I left this review. We went to there to pee and dance for ten minutes but we were rejected by this guy, no not the one facing the camera, the heavier set man with his back against the camera. I'm a nurse and this is the first time I've gone out in months. Maybe the standards and rules have changed but we clearly told the bouncer what our intentions were and to no dismay. He was rude and short with the way he handled the situation. Please, message/comment/email me if I am mistaken but there was no reason that we, as very independentadults, couldn't have entered an establishment prior to closing time. Oh and the how could I forget the most important detail, as the bouncer was rejecting us, two heavily drunk girls walk into the bar...???
