Security and management are not doing it right. Their website currently does not mention a dress code. When we arrived we were told we couldn't enter in a rude matter. We pointed out that there were currently people in the restaurant wearing sandals. Management told us that the rules apply after 7pm. It was currently 7:30, so they denied us entry. In the process of this convo they let a woman wearing flip flops in. When I pointed that out the security said "it is part of an outfit" - they should add that to their list of rules... Clearly they are able to make exceptions for people that look a certain way, and not for others. We had a party of 15 inside; they charged them 10 for water without mentioning to them that there is a cost. Overall, while I understand that rules are rules. It is clear that the security and management only make these rules for certain people. read more

i was a regular costumer at this location but my recent visit has deterred me away. the girl with too much lip filler that was "helping" our table checked up one us max like 2 times asking "are you guys good". she made a face when we only ordered one drink for our table(we're recovering alcoholics) i added photos for reference. one of the photos was from one of our recent visits to this establishment and the other photo is from today's visit. i made sure to double check that the board size remained the same and the girl with the over done lip filler let us know that management decided to decrease the portions while keeping the price the same. the portion has decreased severely and looked like a splatter of jam. the attitude of the staff of the establishment is like they're too good for you. they denied us from a table we've been sat at before claiming it was "bottle service" only. take your business elsewhere this place is a joke read more

I am disappointed, but not surprised, by your response. Despite your claims, my group and I had only 1-2 drinks each, which were our first and only drinks of the evening. It's unfortunate that you would attempt to discredit my review by falsely accusing me of being intoxicated. Furthermore, I find it hypocritical that you would deny any wrongdoing when there are multiple accounts of your inappropriate behavior, including getting overly familiar with guests while drinking at the bar. This behavior has been noted by other reviewers, and I'm not the only one who has experienced poor treatment at your establishment. Regarding the complimentary drinks, I specifically requested that only one drink be comped, not the entire tab. Despite this, I still paid the full amount of $120 and even provided a cash tip to your server. I would encourage you to take a closer look at the repetitive negative reviews and feedback from former employees, including the server who quit on the spot during our visit. This pattern of behavior suggests a deeper issue that needs to be addressed. I hope that in the future, you will take customer feedback seriously and take steps to improve the quality of service and overall experience at your establishment. You should review your responses to the other reviewers as your response is pretty much telling them to take a hike and deal with it elsewhere. From the moment you walk in, you feel like you've been transported to a glamorous lounge with their plush velvet seating, glittering chandeliers and stylish accents all around. We came here for drinks on cinco de Mayo. It was our first time and we love how cute it is. The attention to detail is hard to miss. I think this place has a lot of potential however the service was less than subpar. One of the bartenders declined to service luckily not sure if he was the owner or manager he stepped in and had someone help us. They have the lemon drop which has some sort of plant in it. Avoid This Place at All Costs! I've never encountered such disgusting behavior from an "owner" in my life. I visited with friends to try out the spot, had already ordered several drinks and food, and placed one last drink order before last call, a simple margarita with mezcal. Thirty minutes later, it's 2 a.m. and we still haven't received our drink. Our server went to the bar to follow up, only to be told by the owner that he wouldn't serve us because it was past 2 a.m. Despite ordering well in advance, the owner comes to our table, not to apologize but to inform us, as a "courtesy" he was removing the unserved drink from our tab. What?! He never acknowledged his mistake, and instead began arguing, claiming he couldn't serve us after 2 a.m. because he could lose his license. When we asked him to make it right by comping a drink or offering a solution, he had the audacity to ask if we were "freeloaders." At that point, I had to step in and ask for the check, as he wouldn't stop arguing. To add insult to injury, we later saw one of his servers serve shots to other customers well past 2 a.m. It's clear the owner, who had been drinking all night, wasn't focused on providing customer service, his ego took over and he continued to argue with us. I don't usually leave reviews, but this experience was so appalling I felt compelled to warn others. Save your money and go to the much better places on the block. read more

Maybe hire more staff for busy days and train them on customer friendliness and inclusivity. She even charged me a few dollars less for my drink cause she knew she messed up smh.
